I shop at this store regularly and truly thankful to some of the members who looked after me there when I m present physically but the customer service over the call and online is really pathetic. First they take ages to answer the call and then keep forwarding to different person after that You ask any question the answer is standard “check our website” . Man I’m calling the store because some information is not available and hard to understand. Then they will ask you to chat with online team and I’m pretty that links you to the same store from where you prefer to buy your electronics. I tried multiple times online and an agent will show up after hours and immediately leave the chat saying “since you are not available I’m closing this chat now” I mean seriously? For how long should I wait? What’s the purpose of providing the over the phone or online support or sale services when no one from your store is willing to help? Very disappointing
After sales service is pretty BAD, we bought a washing machine few days ago and got delivered yesterday Saturday. Technician went away after starting a “quick washing“ cycle - didn’t check if everything was alright or if there was any leaking. In the end, we couldn’t open the washer door and there was slightly leaking. Called the good guys and she told me she will arrange someone to come tomorrow Sunday and kept saying sorry. She also told me I should receive a text a night before. It’s Sunday morning now and I haven’t heard or received anything. What’s the point of keep saying sorry????? I’m glad that I didn’t purchase the Gold service thing as this is not the type of service I would expect.
A good deal ruined by terrible customer service. They took my order over the phone with a great price match. I had to wait a month for delivery. A few days after the delivery day I call to see what's going on. They forgot to book the delivery! I had to wait another month. They apologise and offered compensation. Two months of calling Tim the Manager at Osborne Park and leaving countless messages to get said compensation, they ignored me and never call back. Absolutely appalling customer service. Never shopping with Good Guys again. Should have just bought from RetraVision for the same price and got the TV in a week.
Went into the Osborne Park store to discuss TV’s and get some advice ahead of the Black Friday sales. I’ve used this store many times and always been happy in the past. On this occasion the sales person was aggressive and wanted me to purchase on the day. Offered me a voucher which guaranteed a price match if the price was lower on Black Friday. Told me “I can give you this voucher now if you buy today”. Looked to me like the sort of promotional material you would simply hand out to a customer to entice them to buy, but she clutched it tightly in her hand saying “you only get this if you buy today” what a contemptuous way to treat customers and especially given I’ve bought heaps from this store in the past. Beside, there are very good reasons not to simply rely on a price match. On the sales event day there may be linked offers such as discounts on a soundbar etc. This ends my relationship with good guys Osborne park - I hope this message is read by the manager and appropriate guidance given to all staff members.nnI walked into JBHifi same company yesterday in Forrest Chase and spoke to Tom. Had a great chat and he gave me his card. Understood the purpose of my visit and gave me good advice. When a customer walks into a store it’s about fostering a relationship not achieving an immediate sale, Tom understood that. It’s an easy decision where I go back to make my final purchase slight regrets the same parent company still gets the sale but that’s more reflective of the lack of competition in the Australian market and I absolutely refuse to shop at Harvey Norman.

Staff were friendly, patient, and no-pressure, answering questions and showing demos. Checkout was quick, and the price match policy was clear. A reliable stop for tech upgrades, with good stock levels and a helpful team.
