Sadly disapointed in my purchase from this store, the sales person was helpful, friendly and trustworthy. She assured me that Omega was a quality brand. Except the oven went BANG right after installation, and the fan didn't work. Now the cooktop is inexplicably turning off halfway through cooking. Warranty repairer out once, and waiting for the second visit. As it wasn't installed by the store an that's basically plugging it in they aren't interested. These Guys used to be Good, but they really sold me a dud this time. That said, the loading dock guys were really helpful, they earned the second star.
**Terrible Customer Service and Poor Product Quality**nI would give this store **zero stars** if I could. Strongly do *not* recommend—it’s a disgrace to consumer rights.nn**First Incident June 2024:**nI visited the Osborne Park store to purchase a specific coffee machine. The staff informed me it was out of stock and instructed me to pay upfront, assuring me they’d call once it arrived. I paid in full, waited **three weeks**, and heard nothing. When I finally called for an update, they casually mentioned the model was discontinued and offered a refund—**no apology**, no initiative to resolve the issue. Seriously? Three weeks of waiting for nothing!nn**Second Incident 6 Months Later:**nFoolishly, I gave them another chance and bought a different coffee machine. It worked intermittently for six months before the milk frother failed. I called the store repeatedly, only to be **hung up on** every time. Frustrated, I brought the broken machine to the store and demanded a refund. The manager was shockingly rude, dismissively stating they couldn’t refund me and that the machine needed to be sent to the manufacturer for repair.nI’ve lodged a formal complaint with DMIRS for selling overpriced, defective products and refusing to honor basic warranty obligations.nKnow your rights! Don’t let this store sell you subpar products and shrug off accountability. Demand better—businesses like this thrive when consumers stay silent.
Purchased a Bosch front loader washer and a Bosch heat pump dryer from this store and was served by Tony. The deal I received was excellent and Tony's product knowledge and service was absolutely amazing.nThe whole experience from ordering to the delivery of my washer and dryer was exceptional. I would most definitely recommend this store.
The three girls Bailey, Jenny and Jade were amazing. Top notch customer service and professionalism. I recommend these girls with any purchases from Good Guys. With my iPhone 16 , the girls assist me to the very end with transfers from old phone to new with no hesitation. Excellent work 10/10. One happy customer!
