I would like to thank Lesley and her team at Natuzzi for making a stressful situation run smoothly. A sofa delivery proved quite difficult as it was superheavy and bulky to go up a narrow staircase to be placed in the upstairs lounge room . This did not stop the Natuzzi team from finding a solution to get the sofa upstairs in tact with no damage . Exceptional professional and timely customer service. I did not have to chase or follow up , Lesley made it happen . We are very happy with this beautiful sofa , I would definitely recommend visiting the store . Bettina & Richard
I have been going to see Lesley and her team for the past 12 years, the level of service is exceptional as is the warm welcome I receive whether it be in person or over the phone. The team goes above and beyond to assist me and others and I highly recommend a visit to the store.
John was so extremely helpful and listened to our needs he provided exceptional advice . Reassured my husband on any quality manufacturing questions.
1 star is the lowest I can give in a review, for the shocking customer service my partner and I have had to deal with. Fair to say we got our Natuzzi pieces at a okay price, we got our hands on whatever was available in store/ in stock, and it happen to have a 20-30%? mark down as well. There is no customer service once you hand in the deposit or made full payment of order. So many unbelievable things they had said: 1. "You have bought a house, so why are you concerned about spending money on furniture?" - With eye rolls. - As any consumer, I think we would like to pay fair prices and negotiate where we can. The sales person absolutely does not think in your shoe. ---- At this point we had already made full payment for our order on a 3 seater couch, rug and a virous other items. This really turned me off, and the more I thought about why do I deal with the unpleasant attitudes. Sp 2. You could've made enquiry for refund yesterday, but you made payment yesterday so we cannot refund you anymore today. She said the manager said that. - We were told we can change our mind anytime by the sales person. As none of our piece were special orders, they were all in store stock. - If they were special orders, it would make sense for us to pay some sort of amount for the special arrangement & delivery ect. 3. Natuzzi is the only place where you get true Italian made products and not made in China. - I am absolutely speechless at such ignorant comment. 4. Who doesn't get bad google reviews, people will just think you are a bad customer. - Maybe, but I will still write out our experience. - This mindset is set to fail. Continue & no pity given. These items we have are the last we will ever have from Natuzzi. I would NOT recommend Natuzzi to anyone.

Lovely products, terrible service, incredibly hostile staff, make the enquiry process very uncomfortable..they sort of look at you like you have two heads - maybe they are following suit with the whole italian designer thing- similar to when you go to the Gucci store. Hoping to buy a lounge suite from here for my new house in the near future- I’m all about quality so happy to spend the money but really hoping they employ someone with decent customer service between now to make the money easier to let go of - Otherwise I’ll return to trusty king furniture :
I bought $7500 couch paid for it. over 4 months and no 1 phone call to let me know when it's arriving. I'm shock and upset. Don't recommend this shop to anyone !
Amazing quality sofas! I was in the shop multiple times before purchasing, and the staff were just as friendly and helpful each time. Could not be happier
"Management is unpleasant and aggressive. Avoid". Eexcellent design furniture, expensive however of doubtfull quality. They also charge arm and leg for deliveries.
Probably the best furniture in Perth, but all the lounges are a little pricy
