Customer Service excellent. We returned there yesterday afternoon to make our second purchase of a larger lounge suite with 3 recliners and a console in the same colour and Model as the one we took delivery of in March this year. Staff member Des in the shop greeted us very warmly and friendly and asked if we needed any help. We asked to see the various leather wrap around suites with a console and found out we could arrange the chairs how we would like either left or right side. We gave a deposit and expect delivery in 10 to 12 weeks. Recommend the store to anyone wanting to purchase a new lounge suite
My experience with this company was the worst experience I have ever had with any business ever. I had even contacted consumer protection because of the service I received and quality of product was so below standard. I would not recommend this company full stop. Customer service in the store was excellent but when dealing with Rob there was no chance of getting your money refunded even though the product failed.
If I could give you guys a zero stars I would . Only purchased a 3 seater recliner it arrived at my home damaged and with defects in leather ,rang the store as soon as it opened ,the guys at answered the phone was rude and Dismissive apparently complains aren't his job! and the guy that job it is has covid so that quote "not my problem you will have to go online for warranty claims ". I went online to be greeted by same attitude via email . To conclude your company has lost my business and all my family and friends and anyone else I can inform. For a business that has been trading for 60 years according to your responses I have read from other complaints, it seems you just think your always doing the right by your customers but it's far from the actual truth.
Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable . Store was clean , tidy and plenty of styles to suit .
We experience a very friendly and easy transaction through Dankz. We love our couch and it was much better priced than other couches we saw elsewhere. I highly recommend.
