We dropped into the Osborne Park store as in the area and met the lovely Natalia. While we were not intending to purchase a new lounge at this time her friendly, caring service, great listening and questions about what we may be looking for and recommendations lead us to making a purchase. She provided information, fabric swatches and after considerations overnight we went back and placed our order. Even with a colour change she was happy to re-do orders and provided detailed information about the order, delivery period and details around warranty and ongoing care. While we do have a long wait until delivery, we are very happy with our selection and have no doubt we will be just as happy with the product and have recommended both Natalia and Plush to family who are looking to purchase new furniture. Natalia is certainly a great asset to this business!
Purchased a plush couch 12 months ago and the cushions have collapsed. Have spent 2 months trying to have warranty case looked at - many calls and emails and just spent 30 minutes on hold whilst they waited out me giving up. Do yourself a favour - look elsewhere for quality
DO NOT BUY FROM PLUSH. We paid over $5000 for a set of couches and the interior deteriorates after 4 months to a point that they are so uncomfortable to sit on. I have contacted after care service team which is located oversea numerous time without results. It seems like their strategy is to mess you around until you give up. This brand is a scam! AGAIN PLEASE STAY AWAY!
We can't thank Felicia enough for her outstanding service at Plush Osborne Park Showroom. She was very informative about all the products available, explained the features and the ability to customize the product we were looking at to suit our needs. Importantly she also gave us the time to discuss our options privately and didn't pressure us in any way. I have to commend the staff at the Osborne Park showroom for the friendly and attentive service that I received whilst deciding on my first purchase with Plush. In particular, Natalia was simply THE BEST salesperson to deal with! She was extremely helpful and provided excellent advice on choosing the right fabric for the couch to suit my needs. Even with the multiple visits I made to the store trying to make a final decision, she was always so patient and took the time to discuss any queries I had. She had the most friendly and welcoming nature and did not push or pressure me into making a decision. She was great fun to deal with and made my first buying experience at Plush an enjoyable one!

We visited a number of furtniture stores over the Christmas period and after spotting a sofa that we absolutely loved at the Plush showroom in Osborne Park, we were greeted by the wonderful Natalia who was ever so polite and helpful. Natalia ran us through all the details of the sofa and answered any questions we had - including scenarios of how we might fight the modular sofa into our limited lounge room space. My wife and I left the store discussing how great the customer service had been from Natalia, and how impressed we were with the Plush range of sofa's. We absolutely cannot wait for our new sofa to arrive and highly recommend the PLUSH brand to anyone shopping for a new sofa! Aaron & Amalia
We needed to purchase a new Sofa asap and called into Plush Osborne Park. The sales manager Rodney is amazing. He was so helpful with all of our questions and never pushy. He was genuinely interested in finding the best product for us. Black Friday special was available and Rodney allowed us into the shop way before opening time on Sunday so he could attend to our needs and complete the purchase. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
I would like to personally mention Natalia, from the Osborne Park showroom, she was able to assist my wife & I with our recent lounge purchase. We had looked at many stores & almost purchased at another store before we stopped at Plush & met Natalia who offered us outstanding service from start to finish, she really made our shopping experience enjoyable & was very knowledgeable about the product & everything we need to know about our purchase. I can highly recommend Natalia & the team at Plush & will shop there again.
My partner and I visited Plush in Osborne Park on Saturday 26/6 and were greeted by the friendly Natalia. Natalia's knowledge of the furniture and fabrics was so fantastic and thorough. She really helped us to narrow down what we wanted in our new home and helped us to navigate the perfect couch for us and our growing family. The store was easy to navigate around and we were satisfied with the availability of choice in the showroom floor alone. After Natalia's advice and quotes we went home with our fabric swatches and viewed multiple options on how our modular could be assembled. We knew we could order online but we really wanted to go back in store that afternoon once we had made our decision and thank Natalia for her help and patience, and ask her advice on our final fabric choice as we really trusted and valued her opinion. Although the wait for our couch is long we are more than satisfied with our choice and cannot wait until our order is ready in late October. Thank you so much for your help again Natalia! We will definitely be sharing out fantastic sofa shopping experience with others : Larissa and Cameron
