I was very impressed with the friendliness and first class service offered by Goran, Tom, and the team at the Furniture Gallery Osborne Park. Goran was so helpful. He talked us through some furniture and decor options that aligned with our preferred style modern but homely. Tom was also very obliging and was able to coordinate the delivery of our items in very good time worth mentioning as some other stores that we visited had delivery wait times of several months. We are thrilled with our new furniture and decor. Thank you Furniture Gallery for helping us through the process, and for providing such a professional service.
What a fantastic experience! I was helped with my interior styling by the lovely Racheal to furnish and style my apartment and created a space that I love coming home to. I am loving the Bloomsburg sofa and Gigi chairs as they have given a gorgeous luxe feel and I am so happy with the the quality!!! Also, the delivery guys, friendly and professional, put everything together and took away the packaging. So good!
After using our new mattress & base for several weeks we couldn't be happier with this purchase. Our main motivation for the new bed was my wife being several months pregnant with our 2nd child and we have both been getting great rest. We first spotted the range of beds within the catalogue and there was a good selection to try in person at the store some excellent pillows available too. After choosing the right level of firmness we also selected a solid base to compliment the setup. The customer service we received from Di from the moment we walked in was next level thank you so much and the white glove delivery & install is highly recommended. The staff called to confirm delivery timing the day prior, everything was built/positioned in the bedroom as desired and all rubbish removed which made things super easy. We now look forward to climbing into bed at night after a busy day and getting quality sleep. Thank you guys.
I bought a beautiful glass top table and when I got it home the glass was damaged. So I contacted Tom, the Manager at the Osborne Park store. Replacing it wasn't a problem at all for them. They checked the new one and the glass was perfect. So I took it home and when we put it together the legs were uneven. Once again Tom and the team were amazing and helpful. They ordered a new one and put it together and double checked it and kept me informed very step of the way from ordering the new one to pick up. I've bought many items from Furniture Gallery and they've always been of the highest quality. Sometimes a faulty product comes along but it's how the staff deal with it that makes the difference. Tom and the team could not have given me better customer service - and I am fussy! They have beautiful furniture and decor and you should all go in and see what's on offer. You will be inspired! I was looking for a small buffet cabinet for my entrance and was warmly welcomed and acknowledged immediately by Lesley at Osborne Park. Her product knowledge was impressive and she understood what I was looking for. With Lesley's help, I purchased the Lucienne which I absolutely love! I highly recommend Lesley at FG Osborne Park :
The staff at The Furniture Gallery Osborne Park have been of great help, assuring the mirror selected would go really well with the style of my living room. I absolutely love it and get so many compliments!
There were a multitude of shortcomings encountered with their service. Firstly, I cannot understand why there needs to be a delay of 8 days while the sofa sits at their warehouse prior to final delivery. More pressing and irritating has been our encounters regarding the faulty wishbone chairs we bought recently. 3 of the 6 chairs were warped and unusable. All 6 chairs looked extremely cheap and were clearly poor quality. When we rang to arrange a refund unfortunately an unpleasant amount of pressure was applied to persuade us to accept replacement instead of a refund. We were made to feel as though we were the ones who’d wronged them. We ended up having to pay for 3 of the chairs to be returned even though a vehicle was already coming to collect the faulty chairs which seems ridiculous considering it was completely their issue. We were also told that they were ‘making an exception’ by letting us return the chairs at all which I have since found is complete rubbish as there is even a return policy on their website and a clause about faulty products. Overall I have had an awful experience with this company and their unhelpful staff and will not be shopping with them again.
We have had the best customer service experience at The Furniture Gallery. We aren’t interior designers, however, the assistance we received from Goran has been above as beyond. The furniture in store is of high quality and the store is laid out beautifully. Highly recommend coming here if you’re novice interior designers as you will receive great assistance and advice.
We purchased a dining setting and Goran was very helpful Helpful is an understatement because when we discovered the setting was too large for our “ downsizer” Goran was absolutely brilliant! We have a perfect solution because of Goran’s assistance and also purchased a new lounge with his expert advice. So far we have told 6 friends how great Furniture Gallery is and we will tell many more! Make sure you ask for Goran!
Amazing Furniture and excellent service. Very helpful staff, ask for Tom or Goran as they have a very good eye for interior decoration. Very happy with our purchases throughout 6 years. Will definitely continue to shop at FG Osborne Park!!
