I have just enjoyed an amazing shopping experience at The Furniture Gallery. All staff I encountered were friendly and very helpful.nIn particular, Goran was wonderful. I needed plenty of guidance to choose pieces that would match my needs in relation to space and function, whilst still fulfilling my wish for certain styles and colours. Nothing was too much trouble and Goran worked tirelessly to offer me different options. His understanding of what works well together and his knowledge of the stock, gave me the confidence to trust his suggestions.nAt no time was I pressured into a purchase. In fact, I was encouraged to only go with pieces if I really loved them.nGoing from shop to shop in search of all you need is not necessary if you start at The Furniture Gallery. It is an actual one stop shop. It has loads of beautiful furniture and decorator items which allows you to choose all the pieces you need to complete the look you envisaged.nI am looking forward to receiving the new furniture and will definitely be returning to The Furniture Gallery when I move on to furnish other areas of our new home.nA big thank you to Goran and all the staff.

It was lovely to deal with Goran at The Furniture Gallery. My young son who is 7 y.o and I went in the morning and was greeted warmly by Goran and the guy serving the cupcakes and drinks they were having an Anniversary sale… my son said the people there are so nice! He and I were so impressed by their friendliness- as you know, great customer service is hard to come by these days! Goran gave us some good advice about cleaning underneath the low beds and the comfort-level regarding the mattresses. He efficiently processed my order when I returned later that day and off we went. But I visited the store a third time to get some nice matching bedsides because the other local stores didn’t have any suitable ones, and Goran was there to help again. Each visit was pleasant I can’t recommend them enough!nFrom Angela
I recently visited the Osborne Park store. The customer service I received was fantastic. Lucy is very knowledgeable and had great practical advice. The store is well presented and the furniture is beautifully chosen. There were lots of options that would suit my space and the sales assistant had some great ideas about home styling.
