I recently bought a sofa from Goran at The Furniture Gallery. I needed a sofa for an area in my apartment with pretty challenging dimensions, but Goran their interior designer had no difficulty finding a sofa that would fit perfectly in the area and match the look and feel of my apartment. He was very knowledgeable, very patient and very helpful, and went above and beyond helping me out with the delivery arrangements.nnThe sofa has since arrived and looks really great in my apartment, just like Goran said it would. Thanks Goran!nnI strongly recommend The Furniture Gallery and recommend booking some time with Goran in particular.
My husband and I were sofa shopping today for 2 newly renovated lounge rooms.nWe all know how hard that can be! Goran made it easy for us. Not a pushy salesman but gave us good options and even offered to move armchairs and sofas so that I could visualise them together in our space. We have purchased many beautiful pieces of furniture and homewares over the years from The Furniture Gallery. We have always had the best service from all the staff especially Goran, who has always gone above and beyond to make sure we have been happy with our purchase. I highly recommend purchasing from the Furniture Gallery.
Firstly, the customer service provided by Kate from our first and then second visit to the Osborne Park store was impeccable. We'd actually only gone out to buy coffee machine water filters but decided to pop our heads in to take a look. We subsequent visited pretty much every furniture store in Osborne Park but the Furniture Gallery & Kate could not be matched. Kate even found us a piece of floor stock down South which matched our needs and saved us from waiting until June/July for delivery. Simply outstanding and an absolute delight to deal with.nnThere were some logistical challenges in initial agreed delivery, but prior we were given ample notice of a delivery delay with a concise explanation which was very well received. Great communication.nnThe delivery drivers were delightful. Courtesy call prior to delivery and were extremely attentive and careful in negotiating a tight entry.nnI really felt our experience from the moment we stepped through the store door to sitting in our sofa, in our lounge, was simply faultless and I expect the managers and owners of the stores will be delighted to know of this positive experience.nnI will be recommending Furniture Gallery to all my friends and family moving forward and can comfortably say pun intended as I type from my lounge that all future furniture purchases will only be via Furtinure Gallery hence forth.nnBrilliant. !!
