I recently purchased the Orlando bed and mattress from here, and I am extremely satisfied with the products. They are incredibly comfortable and have a beautifully simple, aesthetic design.nI especially recommend their 'White Glove' service. The delivery was very fast—everything arrived within a week. They handled the entire installation smoothly and took away all the packaging and rubbish, which was a huge help and allowed me to start using the bed immediately.Thank you so much and highly recommend the store!

My partner and I recently worked with Goran to furnish our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.nnWhat made his service particularly impressive was that he had very little to work with—just our floor plans and a handful of photos from pre-start. Despite this, he was able to visualise the spaces perfectly and guide us in selecting furniture that not only suited our style but also complemented the proportions and layout of the home.nnHis knowledge, attention to detail, and eye for design were exceptional. He took the time to understand how we wanted our home to look and feel, offering thoughtful recommendations that we never would have considered ourselves.nnBeyond his design expertise, he was incredibly friendly, approachable, and patient throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel enjoyable and exciting.nnWe highly recommend Goran to anyone looking for expert interior design advice and outstanding customer service.
I purchased 2 sofas the Montana 2 seater and 3 seater. After 2 weeks the cushions had sunk they are so uncomfortable. I phone customer service they sent a gentleman after another month out to review them and only 3 new cushions were ordered ,all the cushions needed replacing !!!! they were delivered 2 months later with the same inserts and after 2 weeks the cushions sank again. The Leather Doctor from scarborough are the faults team for all customer care only came out once to inspect the sofa on the second time it was to replace the cushions. They have sunk so dramatically again! They have not filled their obligation , as they need to send the Leather Doctor out again to inspect the cushions. Excuses Excuses!!!!!nThey say it is personal comfort, and can no longer do anything for me. For $4000 and after 1 month of using this sofa is absolutely appalling.nThe reviews on Ashley furniture and the customer service team are not good . Same as Ashley furniture in America. All so cheaply made and sold at a high price. FB market place would have more comfortable sofas than the Furniture GallerynDo NOT BUY!!!! You will regret it!!!!
