I made the mistake of visiting this store on Saturday afternoon and was met by a very hostile lady who claimed the complete rubbish chesterfields they were selling from Malaysia were the same as the quality ones they used to manufacture in Perth. This lady in my opinion should find another job that has no contact with the general public because I am sure she could : "not sell a hot pie at a footy match"........ no wonder the store was empty.

Could not have it worse experience with these guys. we purchased a leather home theatre suite. we have had multiple issues with the pull chords in the middle two chairs and they have been replaced a couple of times. last time I called to get a replacement I was told that they had changed suppliers. 6 months later the chairs have gone out of warranty and they want to charge us $100 for a pull cord exact same thing is on eBay anywhere from 5 to $10 absolute rip-off merchants will never go there again. beware

Got our couch from Gascoigne and absolutely love it, soooo comfy. Such a great range to choose from.

The quality of the furniture at Gascoigne is not in doubt, however when we had issues with our two lounges after four years, I was expecting the usual run around and excuses for not being able to repair it. What a pleasant surprise to have REAL and EXCEPTIONAL service.Not only did Carlos turn up when he was supposed to, his manner and professionalism was exemplary. Such a pleasure to deal with a company that understands the meaning of customer care.
