Amazing store. Great staff! This store has a huge variety of vases with prices that please everyone. Pot with fine finishes and material and cheaper vases with a lot of quality. The employees are super friendly and give you several tips and help. I highly recommend this store.
After a long search, I called WG Outdoor Life, where I found the water feature I was looking for. From the initial phone call to the purchase I found their customer service excellent, professional, making you feel important and extremely comfortable. John’s knowledge of what I was looking for was remarkable he really was great. When June and I picked it up Alistair not only had it ready for me but had fitted the pump absolutely thrilled, and took the the time to explain all about my little water feature. I would highly recommend WG to all my friends, my experience was awesome thank your John, Alistair and WG Outdoor Life you were magnificent Annmarie.

If what you need is not in their beautiful showroom or extensive warehouse, they will order pieces in for you so that your projects can be ongoing. The creative displays of tasteful furniture, pots and accessories are inspiring. We have had excellent service and wonderful results from everything that we have ever purchased from WG Outdoor Life. We have just received our Andrea Lion Spout and it looks perfect. Thank you WG Outdoor Life for being so wonderful to work with. We searched for a long time to find the right product and you were able to order what we wanted from overseas and get it delivered to the opposite side of Australia. Liked the fact that you even sent us photos of our lion before sending it to us so you were sure we would be happy. Fantastic service - congratulations Hayley and team.
This is an oasis in design, with beautiful outdoor products. The staff are friendly & welcoming & had exactly what I was looking for in size, shape & colour of the pots I wanted. They made purchasing a real pleasure & delivery easy with their competent & efficient driver who even had great advice about the types of plants that might suit. I am drawn back there often just to wander around & take in the spectacular display settings.
Love this place! Friendly staff, great with ideas and advice, amazing designer furniture and pots at a affordable cost with a great range. We love our latest purchase and thank you Anna & Matt for the "Memory pot". Every time we have visitors over everybody asks where did I get that pot from...... You guys are onto it. Thanks Guys!
Such a fabulous shop!! I operate an interior decorating business and often recommend the amazing products offered at Watergarden Warehouse to my clients for their interiors as well as exteriors. Gorgeous pots, screens, and water features ... and the staff are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended *****
I got all my pots from Watergarden Warehouse. They have a great selection of pots available to choose from, and worked will with my price point. Their range of pots is unbelievable! It really made me change my opinion of garden styling as I was really blown away on my first visit. Customer service was also great, not being an avid gardener, or particularly in touch with what I should be buying in terms of shape and/or style and how to mix and match everything together, each staff member listened to my needs and made great suggestions. I have now been into Watergarden Warehouse on numerous occasions, and wouldn't buy my pots anywhere else!
