Went to Osborne Park for their Boxing Day sales. the outdoor setting we liked was on “sale” but In actual fact was dear than the original price listed in the summer catalogue. Lost confidence in the business and the salesperson as they new we caught them out on he apparent “sales” item. Went to segals sale and got a similar outdoor setting for 1200 against the 2900 archipelago would budge on. Big win

Great products and service from Archipelago - we used them to deck out our new house. Beyond a great purchasing experience, the execution was flawless. Delivery times was spot on and the guys assembled everything quickly and cleaned up our alfresco before they left. Very friendly and great experience from start to finish. I would shop here again.

Sales lady at Osborne Park was rude when asked about warranty and UV rating. Sniggered and said they don’t have a rating, they are treated and if they rot it means your not looking after it properly. Attitude was “holier-than thou”. Walked out

Purchased an Outdoor sofa set, service and price good. Delivery was half an hour late. Liked the website was easy to navigate but some photos missing.

Having had great sales help from Jenny at the Joondalup store we purchased a daybed and two three seaters for our alfresco deck .The bad news started when the furniture was delivered to find the daybed feet was missing and other feet screws exsposed.When contacted by the sales manager we were told we must of damaged the feet.We are highly offended by the by this and will take the matter further with the owners of the company.We will be letting people know of our situation.The screws have also damaged our deck.Disgusted with their attitude.
