Bought an Arcacia lounge module. Satisfied with the quality and the professional and friendly serivice. Unlike some other crowded shop floors, the showroom is well set which makes decision making much easier. Delivery was punctual and helpful. Of course there are cheaper choices in the market but I think the price difference is well justified by quality and service .
Excellent service and communication. When we realised that what we had purchased was too big for the space Hartley’s were very accommodating and helpful. You definitely get what you pay for in both product and service. Highly reccoended.
The customer service at this store is fantastic! We described to the staff the alfresco space we wanted to furnish, and they had great advice on the most suitable furniture. Because one item wasn't in the store, they quickly made arrangements to get it to us from another location. The quality of the outdoor furniture is way better than other stores, and the prices are very reasonable. Great service!
I was charged for a service I wasn't provided. It took the company months to refund the funds after a cancellation was done and this was after numerous phone calls and store visits. There is communication gap in-between the staff and management but I had to fork out the price for it.
