Delivery was on time, i had good service at the store, the sofa set i purchased is bad quality. Supposedly down from $14k, it seems they made an outlandish price for it and made it seem like i was getting a good deal for $5k. I've had it for about a month and the cushions sag and lose shape really easily. The chaise is fraying and losing colour from simply having my feet on it and i purchased additional cushion protection apparently.. the stitching looks cheap. It's not the good quality you expect after visiting the website/store.
Ordered a Jasper 2 Lounge in July this year and finally received in November Paid in full and organised on line delivery via Kings Online delivery service. Email back from Kings confirming day and time of delivery which unfortunately didn’t arrive, no follow up from Kings. Rang King Furniture Perth whom advised it will now be following day ? Lounge arrived and was installed only to find a missing book shelf which was not in delivery truck? Was told Warehouse would be in contact with myself to arrange missing shelf following day which never happened! Have been actively ringing King Furniture everyday to try and resolve missing Shelf location only to here Warehouse will be in contact with me ! Still no reply ….. no email and no communication from Kings Would I recommend King Furniture To Family or Anyone … NO ! Terrible communication and no customer follow up ! Very Disappointed!!!!!!!!!
EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED Waited over 6 months to receive our King Cove outdoor furniture. Except on delivery day only half the order was delivered with no note of the rest leaving our outdoor lounge without a base!. The second delivery attempt was made a month later with a text message received an hour after they scheduled saying the items were ‘damaged’. Now have been waiting two months past original delivery date with ZERO news! Have spoken to the salesperson, and 3 separate ‘customer care’ representatives who have all ‘escalated’ the issue - setting the expectation of a call-back. To receive NOTHING. BUYING KING’S PRODUCTS ARE NOT WORTH THE WAIT.
Ordered lounge from King in December 2021, it arrived in April 2022, dirty, very poor workmanship, the chaise platform belonged to someone else, it was the wrong colour and the chaise seat cushion was too long for the platform. Communication with customer service was nothing more than lip service and very frustrating. It took a poor comment on their Facebook profile to get some action. Several months later IN AUGUST they delivered replacement back rests, seat cushions and a cover for the chaise platform but the chaise seat cushion was almost half the width, seriously . We are now in January 2023 and no Communication from King Furniture as to when I can expect delivery of the chaise seat cushion, let alone an apology for another stuff up. Would I recommend King Furniture, HELL NO, BUYER BEWARE
Absolutely ZERO star for customer service.... Look like there are many customers with the same experience as I have had.... I have purchased 7 months ago. Finally, I have been told to be at home and waiting for delivery on Monday 12th of September 2022. I had to take a day off to be at home, but nothing arrived. Since that day I have had to call delivery team and the store few times, went to the shop and spoke to store assistance manager and asked her to follow it up, she said I will get back to you in next couple of days, again waiting for another 10 days, still no one even contacted me for a simple apologize and explain what happened for my order. More funny, we have received an email regarding our delivery feedback experience! I have had enough and I think someone need to take a legal action against this unfair customer service.
i would love to leave a review, but first i would need to receive the item i purchased. As i haven't received it yet the next logical step would be to contact. Good luck is what they should write on the receipt as i have found it impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I have left requests for call backs and voicemails but alas i am still sitting on a bean bag on the floor. Unfortunately, i need to write this review in the hope i can get a response
I wish I had read these before buying. Waited months for the delivery and now finally here, told to call the 1300 number to arrange delivery. Worse than calling Telstra or an airline! Just wait on hold for over 30 minutes every time! Never again would li buy Kings.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service, no one takes responsibility and no one knows what is going on. I ordered a couch from them 8 months ago and it came with a missing part, 8 months later the delivery team arrive at my house to drop it off and they apologised saying the item isn't on the truck??? 2 weeks later they call and say the piece is at our showroom and we have to pick it up.... poor customer service. Won't be returning.
Been sitting here waiting for 4 hours for delivery of sofa we’ve waited over 4 months for. No delivery, no communication. Have now wasted another 45 minutes on hold with customer service. Not impressed.
