We ordered a couch on 6-1-2024 with a delivery time of 6 weeks. When we informed a few days prior to the expected delivery time, they said it wasn't due until the first week of April!!!!! 2 months of delay. Best they could do is give us 100 dollars refund.nWhen I called back a week or so after to check about the refund, the couch had now been delayed until the end of April.nThey do not you inform you themselves, you have to follow up constantly. I honestly have lost count of how many times I've called and sent emails. They don't apologise and it's seems this is just standard practice. They're happy to take your money and give you absolutely nothing in return.nThe refund could only be processed AFTER delivery which also nobody told us otherwise 'it would get to confusing'nOur couch came in 17th of April. It is now 19th of May. More than 5 months after ordering!!! No refund yet. Called many times and gotten the same answer: 'I'll follow it up and send you an email'. Never received an email.nnPlease please please, please, spend your dollars elsewhere, even if it's more. Nothing is worth this amount of frustration.
If I could give this place a negative 100 I would. Very rude staff especially if you’re over 40 the staff don’t care more concerned about their ice coffee deliveries miss labeled and miss priced information. The sales on beds are a joke they change the rules on certain prices on bed frames.no communication between the sizes of beds and the refund policy what a joke you. Absolute disgrace the “manger should be sacked or ashamed of himself or her self. Absolute crooks
Purchased a couch that was damaged and advertised for sale at $599.00, was told I could purchase for $549.00, needed to check room dimensions etc, and when I returned to purchase the person serving wouldn’t honour the agreed sale price. Bearing in mind I have spent thousands at this store, I find this quite staggering. Managers in a meeting for over an hour, too busy to call back. No integrity and no honesty with these people, disgraceful conduct. Need to be reported to consumer affairs.
Worst customer service ever, been waiting for 2 missing items from my paid order since October 5 months already!! Every time I call the receptionist promises that it’ll be delivered the next week. Never again and never recommend wasting your time, money and effort there.
Extremely rude staff. I called to follow up on my order delievery, they guy was so rude to me and end up that he hang up the phone on my face. I called back and no one responded for two minutes, then I called and an another person responded, I asked if I can talk to the store manager, and they had no store manager on Monday. I was asking about my delivery with respect, and he was so rude from the first moment and end up that he hang up the phone on my face.
