Worst builders ever!!!! Just called them in regards to a structural warranty claim. Explained my issue to the responsible person on the phone, they said they would get back to me with an answer, no visit to the house to check the issue didn’t even ask to see a picture. Just responded with “So sorry that problem doesn’t fall under the warranty.” My reply was “ I wasn’t expecting anything more from Invouge anyways” Even when we were building with them, they just use cowboy contractors who don’t care about your dream home. No communications between the builders and the contractors!! Very disappointed and saddened with Invouges customer care. PLEASE DO NOT waste your hard earned money on these so called builders!!!

Worst building experience ever. Avoid at all costs, there are better options out there. Minimal communication during the whole process. All they do is sub contract trades who don't communicate with each other. I had that many mistakes made due to lack of communication it was unbelievable. Unorganised company. Lack of transparency. Premium price for an average product.

Dealing with In-Vogue has been great so far. Friendly, helpful and some very nice double storey designs. Definitely recommend.
