If you love your books like me this is the place to go
Well, no doubt a vast array of books yet I don't find the entry particularly inviting nor friendly. Why; it seems to be set up for anti-shoplifting? God knows why, it is a bookshop after all & clientele are more likely to be thoughtful than criminal. Generally the entry presentation can be revamped for a better overall look & to do the store & its friendly staff more justice. After all they are show casing the world's most favoured story tellers!
Amazing selection of quality books at fantastic prices
A large bookshop which has a range of different books and other items. It was nice to look around and see the range of different items they offer.
Brought my fair share of manga from here. A bit too high price wise
I have never experienced such amazing customer service in the retail industry. I was after a book for my book club and Adam, who also works at the Joondalup store, tracked down a copy for me and moved it around from store to store to get it to Innaloo so that I could have it by the end of the week. Absolute star, so friendly, could not recommend them more highly!
Staff have great service skills and are knowledgeable about a range of different genres and authors. They also have a good collection of new books and classics.
Excellent variety and selection of books for kids. Customer service is pretty good and helpful. They are very knowledgeable of their books stock and are happy to provide guidance on the book selection. Happy to come back.
