I brought a pair of shorts and when I told the lady at the front that I was coming back in without a receipt since i left my phone in Kmart and told that my receipt fell out of my hand when I was looking for it she said that was fine then when I was leaving she said she’s never seen me before so the lady who served me told her I paid for it but she didn’t believe her so we had to get the manager to tell her really poor service staff

They don't even follow their own policy regarding refunds. We had adequate proof of purchase as per their own refund policy as a flybys statement. But we're told as it was a licensed item they cannot give a refund. There is no mention of licensed items in their list of non returnable.

All good with the store, clean and friendly staff. The only thing i noticed on the day i was there, was not much staff on the floor and I had to walk around to find and get someone's help which at the end we found out they don't have that item in stock.

Sizes not on correct hangers, poor selection of sizes in intimates and sports bras, clothes not hung with care - you try and get one things and it's so tangled with everything else they all fall down to the floor. Workers with attitude my bag knocked a bra off and before I realised I was meet with a passive aggressive "ahhh" and talking under her breath. Only 2 change rooms which were a mess

Very bad customer service, especially when you leave the store, they treat you as thief who is trying to run away, and the person who supposed to check your reciept as an evidence of purchase are very rude and offensive, who put his hand immediately inside your bag without asking and he search it upside down in a very offensive behaviour.... not happy with this particular store of KMART and wont go there again and i wont recommend it to anyone. very bad shopping experience at Warwick KMART.

It good supermarkets..cheap and good service

I find this K-Mart is always well stocked with the newest releases and they’ve always got a good variety of product.

Conflicting information and outdated stock counting system. Investment in training and a better software system would make wonders.

I used to go there and I like the store. The products are separated well, and we can find it easier.

Terrible customer service. Went to kitchen section looking for a product. Couldnt find it so I asked one of the four teenage staff at the front of the store. They weren't doing anything just talking with each other. The one I asked said to just go back to the kitchen section and wait for someone to come by. I said I already looked very well for said product so he replied with " I'll send someone over now to help you.". Went back over there. Stood around for 5 minutes. Went back to the front and asked him to just help me. Clearly frustrated with me asking him again for help he asked what I was looking for exactly. Showed him the item online on my phone that said it was in stock and it was marked as the Warwick store. He looked it up on his scanner and said "sorry we don't stock that anymore" then went back to talking to his co-workers. Just a complete waste of time.  It goes to show how little training or care these staff give. I used to just stop in after getting a coffee for a browse but I'll just order the same junk online from now on.
