Tried for over half an hour ringing the Layby Service Desk about a Click and Collect order. I had to get my NDIS carer had to pick up for me. Out of courtesy I was trying to notify them, but they don’t answer the phone and the general enquiries option is no better.nnIs it that lacking in staff at Warwick Grove store or are they just ignoring the phone.nnDo better Kmart Warwick, next time I’ll use the Mirrabooka store for my online orders, as they actually answer the phone.
Horrible service majority of the staff are young kids who have no idea where products are while providing vague time wasting information.
Went to do a click and collect. Half my order was refunded despite the website saying it was availablenThat would have been fine if it the bad service just ended there but it didn't. Had to wait for about 20mins in total in line and then for my order to be found. Despite there being a sign, there was no priority for click and collect orders. I was told there was one line..... what's the point of offering click and collect when it's more time consuming that coming store.
Drove an hr to pick up items on hold, store was closed no notice 30 mins early. Despite us confirming that it would be open after work. Properly pathetic.
I have tried to ring this place so many times and nobody ever bothers to answer. Only once somebody answered because I rang a department I didn’t need and was handed onto someone else who help me. It concerned an online delivery. Now it still hasn’t turned up and no one at this, Kmart, will answer the phone.
