The new upgrade is such a welcome delight! I especially like the fact that now you can actually go somewhere to pay and find a person Manning the counters!!!! Unlike before where you would walk around aimlessly looking for a staff member just to pay! The new change rooms are also a great addition with great lighting and have been extremely clean every time I've used. Staff seen more enthusiastic and happy to help. It's still a little hard to find someone for shoe shopping but at least the men's shoes are located next to a paying counter so you can always go there and ask them for assistance.
If I could give a 0 star that would be for Myer costumer service at Karrinyup. Another reason for this rating is their outdated systems that don’t allow exchange on online gift purchases. I don’t recommend this store or their policies. Save your time and avoid this shop. David Jones is better in every possible way.
Very poor customer service. My wife purchased a garmin watch this morning. The male customer service attendant appeared to have very little product knowledge of the various garmins in their sale. He assured my wife that all the charging facilities were inside the box. Upon returning home, we discovered that a specialized mini usb charger is required. This information should have been provided upon purchase. We called the department later to confirm this, only to be told by an arrogant sounding female customer service attendant that we should have already known this. Pretty appalling customer service - wont be returning and will recommend friends not to either.
Jennie from the fragrance section was so lovely and helpful. She went above and beyond for me and my sister. Myers Karrinyup is lucky to have her, her service was spectacular thank you so much again Jennie from me and my sister! :
Very good store with they're bargains, but the other day I could not find any staff members because the clothes I wanted did not have a barcode on it, when I had found one she was young and she was very rude saying I need to find another person. If you find a worker with the name that starts with E and ends with n. Of course do not let this discourage you from buying from this absolutely amazing store.
