The first time I met Summer what a beautiful name, I took notice of her name because she was so efficient looking after her customers. She said she’s a traveler. I will not wait to be surveyed, to let her company know that she’s an asset to their team when it comes to customer service. She was so accommodating and very friendly. She wrapped my gifts so beautifully. I don’t know why she was alone, Chanel was so busy. I’m a regular to that counter. I use Chanel and I like gifting my friends Chanel products. Summer served me 10/12/24. I will be very happy for Summer to serve me again.
I recently visited Myer for a bra fitting for my 14-year-old daughter, and while the service itself was excellent—the staff were professional, kind, and very attentive to her needs—there was one issue that made the experience less enjoyable. The fitting area is located near a main aisle, and unfortunately, older men kept walking past while we were in the middle of the process. This made my daughter feel quite uncomfortable and self-conscious, which took away from what should have been a positive and empowering experience for her.nnIt would be great if Myer could consider relocating or sectioning off the fitting area to provide more privacy for young girls and women. The staff truly did a wonderful job, but the lack of privacy in such a sensitive situation is something that could be improved.nnHope this gets back to someone who can make a change :
The colour system of parking is a valiant attempt at organising how to return your car.nnThere lacks however, any sort of guide to how to return to that parking area, and the electronic guide doesn't tell you.nnGreat store otherwise
Myers Karrinyup offers a nice variety of products, but the service was just okay. While the store has a wide selection, the overall shopping experience could be improved with more attentive customer service.
Well set out store with great selection of children's clothes and toys to name a few, set over multiple levels with lift or escalator to travel between floors. Toilets for patrons also available within store. Friendly helpful staff.
