Very helpful staff answered our million questions and offered a very good deal. Beds were a very good price but sofas were over priced. Layout of furniture was rather impracticable though with cupboards and coffee tables blocking recliners.

Recently we decided that the time was right to buy a new bed. After visiting a number of retailers, we arrived at Domayne City West. A very enjoyable experience with quality products. It took two visits before we settled on the particular unit. The price was exceptionally good as was the after sale delivery service. There was a minor manufacturers issue with one of the sheet sets which was replaced immediately without any hesitation. On each occasion we were attended to by Lesley, a very knowledgeable, considerate and caring person. To say our overall experience was delightful really understates just how good it was and how pleased we are. Thank you!

Worst experience ever!!! Bought a chair from a male attendant. Promised the product to arrive 10 weeks from order which was stated on the docket. Called him one month after I ordered the chair just to confirm if the product is on its way and to my excitement he says it should arrive after 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I called him but he wasn't in so another sales representative spoke to me and I told her about my situation, she said it would be impossible for a product to arrive within 2 months from the ordering date and told me that their products should normally arrive 12 weeks from order date. Explained to her I wouldn't mind if the product arrives after 10 weeks from order as promised (Since I planned to pick the product up before selling my station wagon). 10 weeks later I called looking for him, once again he wasn’t in and the sales attendant who I spoke to(different from the first lady) helped to check my status of order and say the chair should arrive 1 month later. So I told her that the chair should arrive by now as stated on the docket, I appreciated how she apologised and spoke nicely saying their product would normally arrive after 12 weeks. 13 weeks later (My station wagon was sold), the product has finally arrived. I went to Domayne to discuss with the sales representative who I dealt with on the first day and told him that I've contacted him several times to ask about the arrival of my product and he denied about it and said I made him feel like a liar. He even wanted to prove that I did not call so he went to the system to check and could not prove he was right, still too adamant to admit, he denied about it. Not wanting to argue with him, I asked for a simple favour if he could deliver my chair for free just to wave off about what had happened. He shouted very rudely in front of everybody saying “I DON’T CARE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY TRANSPORT THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM IT SHOULD BE YOUR OWN!!"

Not a very nice experience, my partner and I were looking for a bedroom suite, Mattress & 2 side tables, we decided on our purchase, Lesley the assistant wrote the paper work out, agreeing on the price. we decided to go home and measure up and advised her we would call back the next day to arrange payment and delivery. My partner called back, to our surprise, we were told the mattress you originally wanted wasn't available so I've picked you out another one, (How does a shop assistant know which mattress would suit a customer without trying it out first!!!!!!!) the price agreed on the previous day had gone up dramatically. I then called the store and spoke to Adrian, who said he was the supervisor, I went through our situation he stated he had advised the shop assistant on a price which was completely different and over priced, I asked him why did the female staff member advise us of a price and then you change it, he stated the price was incorrect,!!!!!!!! Shoppers, if your going to buy anything from Domayne ensure you ask the sales person to check with her supervisor before giving out false prices. I've now ordered another suite from a professional company which I was more than happy to pay that little bit more because I go a t true, accurate price and services. I wont bother waiting my time and phone calls to this company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I decided I needed a new mattress I visited the Domayne City West store. I decided that I wanted something that would last. I tested the mattress in the showroom and found one a Sleepmaker that suited my comfort level. I was approached by a sales lady and proceed to the checkout. The sales lady tried to convince me to purchase a mattress protector they ranged from $75 to $150. I declined her generous offer telling her I already had two mattress protectors at home. She then told me that her mattress protectors also come with warranties and these warranties would replace my mattress if it ever somehow got stained. I politely told her I am not interested. She was not impressed. As I was paying for the mattress I was asked if I would like to pick it up or pay an $85 delivery fee. I decided on the option to pick it up. I was then told that there warehouse is all the way out in Bibra Lake. I was also told that their warehouse only opens between 9am and 3pm. I knew this was going to be a challenge to find time to pick up my newly purchased mattress. A week later I had time to travel all the way out to Domayne's dirty old warehouse shed in Bibra Lakes. When the staff brought out my mattress wrapped in plastic I noticed that the plastic was filthy and covered in dust. I took it home and the first thing I done was wipe down the plastic wrapping with old tea towels. When I finally removed the mattress from the plastic wrapping I noticed it had a couple of dozen stains from where the dust leaked through. I had to decide if I was going to persevere with the stains or spend an hour and a half on a round trip driving all the way out to their warehouse to replace it with another one. I decided to keep my new stained mattress. Returning it would have been too bothering. Now I know better, I will purchase my next mattress from Harvey Norman, at least their warehouse is connected to their stores and most importantly their warehouses are clean.
