Called to get a measure and quote as they had just done my folks house. Was literally going to be a walk up sale for them. Proposed a time to meet as I had a furniture stylist and painter attending at the same time to quote the property. Shane proceeded to tell me multiple times they don’t want to hang around while I talk to other trades. He tried to propose a new time. I tried to speak about 8 times which every time I ride to speak he just started speaking again. Firstly I was going to say I won’t be talking to the stylist and painter as they do regular work for me so will just come and do their quote, I won’t need to talk to them so I won’t be wasting his time. I was then also trying to say that the alternative time he was proposing did not work for me. Literally couldn’t get a sentence out. When I finally did get a sentence out I just said thanks mate it’s all good I will call an alternative carpet company. The phone finally went silent, shame he wasn’t silent for the 60 seconds beforehand so I could just book a simple appointment. Was bizarre.

I have dealt with Trent 3 times over the last year and I would like to convey that his helpfulness and professionalism in making sure that I was supplied the right products and knowledge for what I needed was exceptional. I share my experience to help others. If you want a reliable service DON'T choose them. Maybe buy a rug from Carpet Call, but nothing else because they may damage your property and they won't take responsibility for it. We made a home renovation. When we planned the works one employee from Carpet Call Chris told us "The floor installation is the last thing when you do a home reno." Our freshly painted walls are full of black marksin every room after laminate flooring installation. I called them, they told us send email and pictures. I send through couple of emails attached a lot of pictures. No one contacted with me. Today we called them again. Instead of proper customer service the lady started to criticize our professionally painted walls because the skirting line wasn't painted -as we change the skirting boards. She told us this is an industrial thing. No words about this kind of issues in our contract. ... Update: After my review the company contacted with me and tried to solve the problem ASAP. The guys came back to clean the wall. So the story wasn't finished with my review. They tried to work it out and I appreciate it.
The actual purchase of carpet was easy BUT then when installation came around then the problems began! I had received a phone call the Friday previous asking if we could move the install date to the Wednesday "Yep not a problem we move in on Thursday", Wednesday rolls around get a phone call at 7:30am "I am 5 minutes away" "No problem the electrician is at the house so it will be all open for you to go in and get started I only live a couple of minutes away so can come open if they aren't there so just give me a call if there's any problems" I arrive shortly after and no one is around I ask the electrician he said he hadn't seen anyone, I asked the cleaner who was there nope no one has come, I started ringing the mobile that rang me no answer after several calls I then ring the number that rang me on Friday and get told that there was no access to the property and we will need to reschedule! Not happy at all, have been waiting and waiting for a response and called several times to only been brushed off with we are so busy! But if your lazy installer had got out of his car he would have seen that he had all the access he needed to the house and bedrooms! Absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service and pure laziness of the installer!
Had a great experience today. Went in with very little knowledge on carpets/flooring & and came out fully informed, thanks to Shane who expertly guided me through the options without over selling. Highly knowledgeable and would certainly recommend.
I have dealt with Shane at Carpet Call Osborne park several times when locating replacement carpets for the investment properties I service. Shane is always very helpful and provides a complete service - in a very timely manner. I look forward to more great service for some upcoming jobs.
Shane was incredible with me. He asked all the right questions and listened to what I needed. He wasn’t trying to sell me top shelf. He gauged my requirements well and we both ended up happy. Lovely man too!

Great experience start to finish. Had carpets installed yesterday and the workmanship is absolutely fantastic. Thanks Shane for the help in store and Carl for the job you’ve done at the house.
