I came for a click and collect order, the lady at the service desk, Hafsa tried to help me out.nnMy click and collect order wasn't processed in their system due to a system crash however despite that she took the extra step to help me find a way to potentially collect my order by searching through the order number twice and later by checking the stock availability of the product. While I could not collect my order, I appreciate the extra steps she took to help me out. Thank you so much Hafsa!
Absolutely terrible customer service. Called and spoke to a team member to ask what time they closed and were advised normal trading hours over Christmas. As we were held up nearby we said we’d get there probably a minute prior to closing at 5pm to pick up a click and collect. Asked if that would be okay and were told it should be fine.nnArrived in the parking lot and pulled up at 4:59 got to the door at 5pm on the dot to have a staff member lock the door in my husband’s face.nnAbsolutely disgusting. If we hadn’t spoken to someone just prior we wouldn’t have even bothered to go so close to closing. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere. I wish I could do 0 stars.
Very bad attentions.. very bad staffnJohn and brain.nI’m not recommended this store for buy bikes or waiting for mechanic, I booth a bike 1 week ago, and after 1 week no is ready yet. Didn’t call me in time for not pick up the bike, didn’t answer good, all the people just wanna sell something without a true information.nMy worst experience looking for a birthday present..nThe supervisor didn't answer my questions, and even if I had come back tomorrow to pick up the bike, it wouldn't have been ready. They give out bad information and don't care about wasting your time. A very bad experience.
Every time I go there the service is just amazing. Whether they are busy or not I always get the best customer service I have gotten in years. I have seen the poor staff cop abuse over things out of their control which isn’t right!!! But they have always stood their ground professionally from what I have witnessed. As well as being polite even when they get abused. The management should be proud!!!!!!!!!!
Staff are friendly and helpful, leaving you when you want to browse and taking time with you when you want advice.nnDecent range but rare to find any top stuff and some items not showing clearance stickers or not on shelf.
