Well stocked store with helpful staff.
My partner Jammie purchased a roof top tent online for click and collect. Received a phone call from Tony, who said the ordered was cancelled because they didn’t have any of the roof top tents in store. Tony said he’d call my partner back, as he was going to check other store’s availability - although at first he told Jammie to call the stores himself.nnTony called Jammie back and said they actually have one tent left, but it’s a display tent. But, the order has already been cancelled. Tony reported it is store policy to cancel any click and collect orders if the product isn’t in stock…but the product was in stock, but as a display?nnApparently, the display roof top tent cannot be put on hold while we wait approx. 3 business days for the money to be refunded. Poor customer service. Can’t believe our order was cancelled, we would have been happy with the display tent. Poor communication. We have received no email about the cancellation either…
Thanks for the good service today. My partner came to buy a few things, and the staff helped her bring things to the car boot as due to medical reasons, she couldn't do that by herself.
I bought a eco flow battery and solar panel and Chris I think his name was was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had.nWe got home and the solar panels were not in the box.nI spoke with Chris over the phone and he was very apologetic and offered us a $50 refund for the inconvenience and gave us a new solar panel.nVery happy with the customer service.
Click and collected an order, was ready within 2 hoursnFound the staff to be very helpful and friendly with the products picked up as well
