I was shopping today in red dot in Belmont Forum and I found a carpet rug that I bought and the helpful employee named Hussein went over and beyond with Customer Service. He rolled up the large carpet and as I’m elderly he personally carried it to my car and positioned it perfectly so I could drive without it affecting my view. He was extremely polite, friendly and couldn’t do enough to help me. . Red Dot in Belmont Forum should be very proud to have him as an employee.
Cheap items, seems to be a franchise, similar to a reject shop

Many products are cheap but not very good quality. Mostly wait for price reduced. Be careful to check the price at the cashier. Staff are nice here.
Good selection of fairly cheap products but don't be expecting the highest of quality. As long as you keep that it mind there is lots of good stuff. Staff are helpful and friendly.
What an idiotic slogan. Over 90% of the range is made in China, a handful from Europe, NSW and Victoria.
the outlet here is a pretty big one - with almost anything you want or need is there. aisle are pretty wide, and spacious. and i reckon the items are laid out and displayed pretty well. staff here have also been friendly and helpful.
When you are on need of little things, such as gift wraps, paper or plastic plates and cups, decor and other stuffs, this is the place. One of use products for very affordable price
Well, to be perfectly frank, no pun intended, the one star rating does not apply to the business model of the Red Dot store,more by the sloppiness of Google OMG did I just say that? to update their info. Should you trying to locate this shop by the picture supplied, don't, it will be an exercise in futility, as they have upped stumps and moved to more fertile grounds. I'm not intent of doing Google's work, so let's see how long it'll take this behemoth to make amends.
Usually like to browse this place, but not anymore.. customer service at the counter has turned so bad. Recent experience was handing over a new $50 note to pay the Chinese boy serving me at the checkout, only to have him scrunch the new note into a tiny ball, unravell it and scrunch it again.. reason?! To check the note is not fake!!! What an absolutly insulting way to treat currency I suspect its against the law to damage and deface currency and to imply I was using a fake note. Shame on you!
