The staff were great, really quick to help out.nnAlways quick to get to the next waiting person, they were super busy. Management loses a star for the staff needing more hands. Checking out one person on checkout while simultaneously organizing a carpark collection on a call suggests that at the time of recent visits, there needs to be more staff rostered on.
Rented a carpet cleaning machine — noticed there was water left in the bucket when I picked it up, but didn’t complain. These machines circulate often, and I’m not unreasonable.nReturned it with less than a cup of water left in the tank. Staff member immediately insisted I take it back outside and empty it “properly,” with a tone that was more performative than professional — like he finally got a chance to exert some petty authority and just couldn’t resist.nI didn’t argue. Rolled it out to the grass, tipped out the last cup of water, and brought it back without saying a word. Cold face, no eye contact, no small talk — just pure silence. Let him enjoy the power trip alone.The machine worked fine. The customer service? Exposed by one cup of water. Sometimes, it’s not the equipment that needs cleaning — it’s the attitude

Don't come here after dark looking for plants. Next no lighting and very few staff there to assist.nStock levels at other branches not accurate if you check online.
Our local Bunnings in a different light. We have been going to this ‘petite’ Bunnings Lite in Willetton instead of their monstrous warehouses counterpart because it’s local & easily accessible.nBig kudos to them for having family fun evening for Christmas & Easter in their outdoor area behind.nThe kids loved the Easter fun with face painting, sausage sizzler, pop corn & arts & craft. My two toddlers enjoyed it.nIn terms of actual item and service, aligning with other reviewers re the checkout time and queue, it’s the only area of improvement during busy times.nThe car park used to floor during heavy downpour, and the turn off from High Road to their entry lane can create traffic congestion during peak times too.
