Can't order in a bulky item, the only option was delivery to me atn$200 !!!! a courier would only be $50nMitre10 does click n collect so saved me $200. Lift your game Bunnings. On top of the fact your trade discount is stuff-all other suppliers 20% off so its getting harder and harder to go for anything other than a sausage in bread.
Staff are not trained in Consumer Law nor Bunnings returns policy. Refused valid legal refund and was insistently rude and dismissive. Refused to allow me to speak with the manager. This store needs more responsible educated senior staff and more training to junior staff!
Our local Bunnings in a different light. We have been going to this ‘petite’ Bunnings Lite in Willetton instead of their monstrous warehouses counterpart because it’s local & easily accessible.nBig kudos to them for having family fun evening for Christmas & Easter in their outdoor area behind.nThe kids loved the Easter fun with face painting, sausage sizzler, pop corn & arts & craft. My two toddlers enjoyed it.nIn terms of actual item and service, aligning with other reviewers re the checkout time and queue, it’s the only area of improvement during busy times.nThe car park used to floor during heavy downpour, and the turn off from High Road to their entry lane can create traffic congestion during peak times too.
real bad customer service, when i buy karcher k2 high pressure, only use 2 month, the product just get problem, machineis still run, but not any pressure. when i take back to bunning, they told me let myself send to malaga service to repair, it is real bad customer service. i buy lots products in another bunnings ,but never happen like that, also i just buy that machine cleaning my shop, but they tell me it just for home, i just think what is different shop and home, dont shop floor is more hard than home.and also tell bunning customer, dont buy any karcher products,it is rubbsh and bad customer service
Leaving comments here for those who are not aware of the 2-hour courtesy trailer hire option, and the store members do not remind of the option when putting through a request. $28 for 4-hour hire is good price but this can be avoided upon told by store members if not, check comments here as reminder.nnReason I am leaving 2 star here is that I did pop in Willetton store two times in order to seek clarification regarding the charge that represents intransparency of the hire policy and unwillingness from some store members for offering assistance.nnThe first time I was told the $28 would be charged anyway regardless of length of hire, the second time I did meet with duty manager during the my visit , she did try to assist and clarify that I appreciate it and it won't waste me for popping in a third time to get clarification.nnLast suggestion leaving here to remind of the importance of refreshing basic customer servicing courtesies - it is actually okay for customers to ask questions or even challenge you with reasonable questions as long as the questions are being asked politely and the approach is purposeful.nnThe comments are as a result of a not so pleasant visit that can be easily avoided. Again, the duty manager dealt well in her role, her resolution comes from reasonable ground and she is willing to listen and check the information provided. This should be set an example of good customer service for others.
