Rang to enquire about a lounge I saw in the showroom, was told it had sold and other stores had none. Salesman bluntly told me I should have bought it when I saw it. Phoned their Joondalup branch and the lovely sales lady took my number, tracked one down in the colour i wanted in another branch. She made the sale. I will not deal with Willetton again.

Talking rude to customers
No warranty given to their products within the warranty period.
Waste of money.

A good range of furniture for every room in the house. Service staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Many items are manufactured once ordered, so expect a wait for delivery (our lounge suite took 8 weeks).
