Unfortunately the trim on our office flooring was laid incorrectly. We were promised by the installer that someone would come out and rectify, that was in April. The installer had a conversation with the owner in front of me. We have emailed over 20+ times now and no response. It is now July and still no resolution. Very disappointing to get to this. I never want to leave a bad review for anyone, but this is our main reception area and I have tried to get this resolved but to no avail.

After sales service was terrible - I had to initiate ALL communication to find out why my order was delayed, and when it would be installed. Laying was cancelled 3 times at 1 hour notice and I had to reschedule client work from home each time plus the help I’d organised to move furniture. On the day, the layer was 2 hours late sent to another job which I was lied to about, arrived with the wrong underlay further 2 hour delay, and only 1 person to do multiple rooms - job got done ONLY because the layer called in a favour from another crew of 3 people for 1 hour and myself and my son worked ALL day into the evening alongside the carpet layer doing cleanup and moving furniture. Then to cap it all off, there wasn’t enough carpet for 2 bedroom cupboards and I’m still waiting for it to get finished - again having to follow up communication. They’ve had my money for over 2 months now. Terrible experience and I’m sick of being left hanging. Wish I’d read these reviews beforehand and chosen another company!

Very Impressed! i have dealt with other places before for laying carpet and they really didn’t impress, thought i would try my chances with solomon’s and i am extremely happy with the outcome! Dan has great knowledge in the industry and was very professional. i would highly highly recommend this place and will definitely be going through them in the future!

Had no problem with the service. Everything was explained, great choice of carpet and hybrid flooring, the laying of the hybrid floor was done by Jamie , very helpful very professional and it looks great ,,thanks Jamie great work

Can’t fault Dan and his team at Solomons! Has been absolutely fantastic with us the whole way through.

Terrible service/organisation from the company.  The worst work ethic for a layer I have ever seen. So disorganised and idea how to lay. Floors still not completed for over 3 weeks with no response on when rest will be completed. Would never recommend this company!

We recently had our entire house re-carpeted with Solomons Willetton.  Daniel's product knowledge, professionalism and service was exceptional.  The cost was very competitive, timely, and we were also impressed with the carpet layer who did a fantastic job.  Would definitely recommend!

Plenty of nice carpet to choose from as well as other flooring options.  Competitively priced.  Good communication and customer service, Aaron did a great job of laying the carpet.  Happy.
