Amazing service. Wasn't sure how to fix my green pool. However, a staff member quickly and professionally explained how to fix my problem which worked perfectly and enabled me to host my Australia Day pool party!

Warning, go elsewhere. Saff are shockingly rude. I’m in business myself and it amazes me that in today’s tough market, customers still have to put up with this type of service. I get it that it must be frustrating if someone doesn’t fully understand what they require (chemical wise) or are not 100% sure what system they have. But a few questions would probably get to the bottom of that. Not hard you would think. Instead greeted with pure disgust, attitude and rudeness. If you don’t want to be helpful don’t be in a service based industry. Again go elsewhere.

There has been a few staff changes over the last year and the latest staff are exceptional with their advice and knowledge. Highly recommended.
