If I could rate no stars I would. I brought a 3D printer in January and have since had so many issues with it. I have spent the past 2 months consistently trying to contact the owner of 3D frontier via email, phone and text and at one point he was replying, however nothing since. Im stuck with a printer that doesn't work and I'm losing time, money and patience. The company has shown such a poor attempt at communication and extreme negligence towards this situation, which is such a shame due to the seemingly great service i had at the beginning and expected to continue to receive. This review was the very last thing I wanted to write, however there wasn't much else I was left to do after such terrible experiences all round these past few months. I hope that this may trigger a response from the owner at the very least, and that this can all be solved and the company can redeem themselves.
Needed some replacement parts printed for my 3d printer, staff were professional and very supportive. Quick turn-around and the resulting printed items were very good quality. Would highly recommend.
These guys go the extra mile for their customers. Tim's been giving me help and encouragement on my 3d model problems and I'm very thankful. They have a wide range of services and I greatly recommend visiting.
TL;DR - This shop is the best place to go for professional prototypers, hobbyists and those who are just getting into 3D printing! The prices as slightly higher than bulk mass produced spools from overseas, but it is definitely worth a couple of dollars to know that the products are checked for quality and to get free tips and tricks while you're there. As for a longer review, I had the pleasure of talking to the young lad who owns the business, and he is one of the most curious and passionate people I've met. He doesn't just run a business to make money. He seems to love what he does. We had a fairly long chat about all kinds of things, and I walked away from it having learned some of the most ingenious things that seemed obvious one I was made aware of them. Things such as using printed platforms to support the print job rather than using a dead flat plate. Or the fact that he sent me across the road to another local business to grab some polycarb offcuts to surround my printer and ensure air currents were reduced when printing with ABS. The guy isn't a genius. He's ingenious. It seems to be a part of who he is. And he is very passionate about helping you out. He seems to have taught himself through the years and has learned a lot. It was a pleasure to meet someone so happy to help because they enjoy their work. That is a rare thing these days. I also went back after buying a full sheet of polycarb to ask if he had anything that could help cut it, and he did everything he could to help, and then some. Lent me saw horses, let me use a straight edge and Stanley knife, and when that failed the first time because I hadn't realised I'd bought polycarb instead of acrylic, he let me use his portable mitre saw. My visit was one of the most exciting experiences I have had in a long time because he has reignited my passion for invention. All I can say is thank you for your services and knowledge. It will be of great help I am sure of it. And as a result, I'll happily pay a couple of extra dollars for the supplies, because I know you have the knowledge and integrity to tell me if one filament is better than another or worth the money regardless of the price I will pay for it. Thank you again, and I look forward to future updates on your progress with your new machinery! Good luck!
The service is AWESOME. One of the guys helped me diagnose a problem in my new M3d printer. We tested the printer on the spot and found that the nozzle was clogging and the plastic was old and brittle. He gave me 5 different small roles of PLA plastic and a spool all for FREE. Will be coming back if i ever need to ! :

I started out in the 3d printer as a hobby almost 18 months ago and as a newbie I was struggling a bit with all the usual things as you do Since then I have used 3d Fronter shop for filliment spare parts and knowledge and repairs I find them very helpful and pleasant to deal with and they go the extra mile to help you out with any 3d printing problem I cannot fault them with there knowledge and service
Great service and tech support. I would recommend Frontier 3D for all of your 3D printing needs. I have purchased the UPBOX plus. Top machine. Greg Anderson
