To introduce myself I am A.J. (Alan Jones) My Pool experience started as a manager at Challenge Stadium & Arena Joondalup moving into Jadan Spas then into Instyle concrete pools and finally to Sapphire Pools. I have lived in the Northern suburbs for some 25 years and have a good sound knowledge of the area to promise I will do my best for no surprises! However I do remember a car buried in a back yard, that was a surprise! I do promise you that through Pre & post installation my absolute support!

Prepare to pay thousands above the agreed contracted price or I highly recommend sourcing your own excavation works or simply don’t use this company. Their excavation allowance significantly is under quoted. They tried to blame us for this as we had extra lawn/soil however they did not acknowledge that we paid cash for this separately and were only disputing the pool excavation itself. The excavator broke through our house pipes and we had to fix this at our own expense. As well they tried to “sell” us the idea that they saved us thousands by not having to bring in hard rock breakers but at the end of the day you do or you don’t. If you didn’t bring them in, then they weren’t needed in my opinion. To use this to charge more after the fact is appalling. Extremely unprofessional and chauvinism at its best when being told to “look after your husband tonight so he pays my bill in the morning”. Disgusting. Pool lights not installed in correct position, plus a multitude of other issues has made this project tiresome and robbed us of the joy of investing in this family item. As well any “specials” offered are false and offset by the change in base pool price which isn’t consistent. A multitude of emails has got us nowhere and the company basically is not interested.

Terrible experience... Sales: underquoted substantively. Unable to manage to cover costs on dig for pool size, alleged “upgrades” not provided and not given till challenged. Pool cleaner can’t reach the plug installed by the company or clean the pool of this size! Dig: broken infrastructure carelessly at our expense. Charged for travel time of over an hour each way before even beginning to dig! Charged for digging and cartage away simultaneously! Charged for depot drop at a site just outside the radius when investigated multiple others available on the day. Alleged rock but no rock breaker used and then claimed for charges associated even though no rock present. Asked for cash or threatened with charges above gst. Site planning: double charged for a soak well have in place pre pool install. Charged for plumbing not required. Extra sand cost threatened when disposing of sand already dug that was at our cost. Handover: unable to tell us where plumbing or electrical lines placed. No pool auto leveler although purchased. No failsafe on auto leveled or alarm or understanding of how to adjust. Delays on site over three weeks beyond deadline. No complaints or remedies just threats to follow. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Good Pool, rubbish service. Pool was left dirty, wasn't taught how to use the system, one of the spa jets don't work

The product is good.. the Service of the sales People, the installers and Stand over tactics from the installing supervisors and managers is totally unacceptable, and only proceeds when additional fees are paid for site rubble removals and digging and even if you try and contact the owners, Directors of this Company in alliance with others under the Aquatic Leisure Technics Brand will be non existent even if you try to contact their Owner Mr Beale by phone or emails .... Would look elsewhere at competing companies under their own brand such as WA Fibreglass Pool etc.. I am still waiting after 1 year for these people to sort out or reimburse for paving variations during install
