Cannot recommend Liam highly enough to anyone needing fitness equipment. We purchased a Nordic treadmill from Orbit Joondalup. Liam knew the product range and assisted us through every question we had over two store visits and follow up calls. He was very helpful and patient. He negotiated excellent prices for us and organised quick delivery. Thank you, Cynthia & Andy
Flawless service from Tim when I had an issue with a gift voucher when placing an online order. After using the available online messenger service to contact Orbit and query my issue, Tim responded and asked for permission to contact me by phone. I received a call almost immediately, and the issue was resolved over the phone. Tim also then arranged for the items I had ordered to be available at the Joondalup store, rather than me having to pick them up from Gnangara, which was the option I had selected when placing my online order. Highly recommend this store, both for product availability and the excellent service.
Went to Orbit yesterday on recommendation and the guys were wonderful! Polite, respectful, patient and nothing was too much. They even helped unpack my purchase and get it into my tiny impractical car . Thank you Orbit Joondalup!
Could not fault this place, from the super quick response on their website, to attending the store, the customer service was outstanding!! Prices were reasonable and staff did what they could to get me the best deal. Installation of items from Jacob was seamless and I’m now ready to go with my home gym! Service with a smile is the absolute least you will get with Jacob, expert product knowledge and great advice received for my future training. Will definitely be returning.
Just had my worst experience of customer service at this outlet. Have had a 3 month issue with a treadmill and despite doing what they asked me to do to troubleshoot with the manufacturer the fault has not been rectified. On advise from the service technician I returned to the outlet to seek a resolution. The sales manager, despite telling me ‘it is above my paygrade’ told me the problem was not with the machine but rather my home set up. Something the technicians had told me to the contrary. The sales manager offered no solutions. He told me that I needed to provide the necessary documentation to guarantee that his company would receive money back off the manufacturer before either a refund or replacement could be organised. I asked why this should be up to me to provide the information only to see his back as he walked away and said ‘fine, I’ll deal with it’. I have now been without the use of the machine for over three months. I have explored every avenue in order to get this resolved in home but when I finally had to return to the Joondalup store the sales manager was was more interested in making sure he would be compensated should a refund or replacement be offered. Will now deal with head office and never return to the Orbit brand name. Disgusting service.

I called for an inquiry about a speed ball today. Sam took the call assistant manager i think I explained it was for stroke recovery. Unexpectedly Sam offered to put it together at the store, also kindly saving me delivery as a member of staff was passing my area.You do not get service like this in today's world. I'm so glad I called Joondalup store today instead of going on line.Thanks very much Sam, Thanks to the team too! LEGENDS... Pete ‍
Chelsea and Brian were fantastic, awesome service, helpful and friendly. The treadmill I got was a good price and great quality, would highly recommend Orbit Fitness Joondalup I know I’ll be going back when I want to get some more fitness equipment. Thanks and two thumbs up.
When I was looking into buying a cross trainer a friend suggested Orbit Fitness and I went to a different store first and found it overwhelming and the staff unhelpful. I told my friend about my experience and she told me to go to the Joondalup store as that's where she goes. Upon arrival at Orbit Joondalup I assisted by an amazingly helpful young woman named Ash who spoke to me at great length about the different types of equipment and what would best suit my needs. I cannot recommend Orbit Joondalup higher, they clearly care about their customers and have truely knowledgable staff. Thank you Orbit Joondalup!
Visted several gym supply outlets in the area looking to get a power rack, and was easily the best. Helpful staff, consistently high quality product range and a large spacious showroom displaying models.
