Awful experience and a rip of to boot 2 times in a row; only went there as couldn't get the parts i needed elsewhere nearby. after the first rip off where we saved 50% at pool werks Guy behind the counter just wanted me out of the shop asap (granted i was just after closing time 5.03pm - BUT THIS IS WHAT keeps your doors open with bricks and mortar shops - i work in wholesale and know the retail industry - this is all that separates you from online shopping- i've had better experiences online) Wanted to charge me $75 for 2 o-rings and a union joint for a hurlcon VX7T which i ended up getting down the road for $20. WHAT A JOKE. Sorry but i'll never be back
