I did some shopping today at your store in whitfords shopping centre. Two delightful young girls served me. Couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Great shopping experience, despite the stubbed toe - my fault. Thanks girls.
Zoe from whitfords is so understanding and helpful. I hate buying and trying on bikinis it makes me feel so uncomfortable and anxious, but Zoe made me feel so amazing and confident with the fit of the swimwear and shes so bubbly and funny it was such a pleasure to be served by her. I would definitely recommend seeing Zoe!!!

Store only offers 90 day warranty on swimmers which is really disappointing considering the price I paid and that it was clearly a manufacturing issue with the stitching and mesh.

I would like to say a BIG Thank you to Cooper from Whitfords Rip Curl shop who helped myself and daughter to buy a gold watch for my birthday, Cooper knew exactly what i wanted and sourced the watch face from Joondalup store then order a beautiful gold mesh band to replace the brown band. I went up today and Cooper put the new band on, so now i have a beautiful gold watch again. My last watch 6 yrs ago was a Rip Curl and I had no problems at all with it. Once again thank you to Cooper Whitfords and Rachael at Joondalup, cheers Sharon Baxter
Bought a nice rip curl grey hoodie from here size 14 girls that is still my daughters favourite even a year and a half later.
Went into the store today and, whilst being very busy, Robbie one of the employees went well out of his way to help us!
