I went in to get my son a fish tank. We have never had any sort of pets and so were completely new at this. Kenna helped and gave us some great advice, regarding the tank, the type of fish and how to keep them. A few weeks on and our tank is doing great, my son, and the rest of the family are loving it. Great customer service..... i will only be buying my fish supplies from him in the future.... thanks heaps!!

I was disappointed today at City Farmers first to find that 50grams of meal worms cost $3.00 more than a competitor. On mentioning this I was advised they do price match but I needed to show evidence. Unfortunately, I didn’t retain the receipt from Better Pets & Gardens from where I had previously purchased. I felt the attitude was a take it or leave it.
