I will never go to this store to get either of my girls groomed again. One of my babies came back with such bad razor burns on her bottom and up her tail. After 4 weeks she is still on medication. Head office was amazing and more caring than the groomer at Joondalup.
Staff always very friendly. I use the the grooming service for my little dog. They take great care of my boy.
Very friendly staff and helpful. Good stock of stuff and also has greyhound specific coats due to their different shape. Good selection of food and toys.

Very friendly staff and stock the products that are needed. Only place you can get decent dog chocolate from!
Hayley was super helpful, I would highly recommend her. Went there to buy a harness for our gsd and she spent so much time with our dog to find the one that suits him the best. She went extra miles to teach us how to handle the dog with different harnesses.
Love that they have moved very convenient
Staff in this specific store are amazing. Make my life easier thats for sure. The groomers are also super sweet and understanding- did an incredible job on my grumpus. Really great team overall! My fav store...
