Would have spent plenty of money if the sales assistant didn't ignore me to do data entry

Friendly staff, spacious store, not the usual jammed to the ceiling claustrophobic experience of other stores. Prices are ok, some stuff is expensive, but pick up the offers, like we did on the cat flea/worm/tick drops, and they easily rival the internet prices, with the convenience of having them there and then.

I've been going there for well over a year. I have 3 dogs all with individual requirements and also chooks. 

They're always quick to help in store, and between all the staff, they can help on most queries. If they don't know they don't wing it and pretend to know. 

Almost always remember their regular customers. Not by name obviously, but by face. 

They've always asked if I want help to the car, even if previously I've declined. 

Highly recommend for all your needs.
