This Store by far has the best customer service compared to all the Pet Shops in the Area. The Staff all greet you when you enter the store, they are really knowledgeable and have a great attitude. Another great feature of Pet Stock is the membership rewards system offers you discounts immediately. They even Price match on stocked items. The Staff always offer to carry Dog food or multiple items for us to the car. Highly suggest a visit.
great range of products. always willing to price match when possible. the ladies in grooming were incredible doing a nail clip for my very anxious dog. they made sure he was comfortable and left feeling much happier in himself. a lovely lady called jenna was especially helpful. she went above and beyond to assist me in finding the best products for my pups. will definitely be shopping here again
Every time I used their grooming service my dogs registration tags have gone missing or mixed up with another dogs tags. They usually get the job done. However, today booked for full groom but came back to a dog only washed. Paid for bath and dry price but ears not clean and nails not clipped, because they were understaffed. You should at least have the courtesy of rescheduling appointments, completing the service provided before charging customers, or giving a discount for an incomplete service.
Have given Petstock Butler grooming numerous chances since Erica left. I don't like giving negative reviews, however cuts are not great, dogs do not smell clean and on two occasions now have come back with diarrhoea and sickness. Sad to say it is not worth the money. We have been loyal customers for 4/5 years. Looking elsewhere for grooming now.
Absolutely disgusting made an appointment for my dog who has been to this vets twice before she is an English blue staffs and she gets skin irritation 3 months of the year only to get a call 1 hour prior to appointment telling me that the nurse can’t give her the cytopoint injection as the vet needs to check her over first to which I replayed no she doesn’t need to be check by a vet she gets this injection 3 times a year every year and doesn’t need a vet check. The only reason you want to do a vet check is for the extra charge. To which the girl replied I’m sorry we won’t be able to do it and I don’t have any available vet appointments till next week. Well thanks a lot she needs the injection now and I could have book her in somewhere else but now she has to suffer. Great Vet Clinic you don’t really care about the health and well being of the animals only making an extra buck. You should be ashamed or yourselves.
First time booking my greyhound in for grooming and i selected the wash and tidy. They were so kind and friendly with my anxious grey and i was impressed with the service and price. I have tried local mobile groomers and a shop near my home but none felt confident with my grey. I will definitely be back
Absolutely terrible grooming service my poor dog was left traumatised and from what I have hear many others have been too.DONT take your pets here
Highly recommend the vets here. I have been to a few other places and will only ever go to Pet Stock Brighton from now on.

Not a well stocked store. The girl who I spoke to said the things I wanted to buy were out the back in boxes and she would have to go and look but said she was too busy to do that. Then, she told me to pop across to Pet City where she said would have what I needed. Funnily enough, I did go there and I recognised 2 customers who were also at Pet Stock. spoke to both of them who said the Pet Stock staff couldn't help them because they were too busy. Come on Pet Stock, it's almost Xmas and your store isn't well stocked because everything is still in boxes out the back. You staff are lazy too. Won't be back.
