Received a call saying they have banned my dog from grooming. At no stage have any groomer complain about his behaviour. In fact, I always ask how he was, It's always been good. I can handle it if he has misbehaves, an if there is an issue, then discuss it with me. Don't just call me the day before and tell me he has been banned, for no apparent reason.
All the staff go out of their way to find what you are looking for and will give their best help and support for any answers that you need regarding your pets which shows they are very passionate about their job and really care about you and your pets to give you the very best of knowledge with the finest of help and support.
Very rude service today in your Joondalup store. First I was ignored at the counter by a staff member and then a young trainee came along who I asked a question to. When asking the question the other staff member popped her head up and in an irritated manner asked what my problem was!?!? I was with my two young daughters, one who was very excited to be buying her first pet fish. I shop at the store all the time and get my dog groomed at the salon, spending a lot of money. Happy to take my business elsewhere where I am not spoken to like an inconvenience. Up your game and speak to customers correctly so that the trainees get trained properly.
Amazing customer service! My partner took in our foster dog in the other day to be fitted for a new harness. We’re still working through a bit of anxiety, and our dog became quite spooked while in the store. The girl working was kind enough to bring a bunch of harness outside and help fit him in the carpark, whilst providing plenty of treats and pats, creating a positive experience for everyone involved and helping us get the best harness. She truly went above and beyond and it was very appreciated
Their in-store price is always higher than their own online price usually by $10 or more. They will not honour their loyalty program if you ask them to match their own websites price and cannot explain why. They never help you unless you go find someone. Only worth going there when it's convenient and you have a price match otherwise they enjoy price gouging you.
They should have got 0 stars. After giving clear verbal instructions how the dog needed to be cut as well as a printed out instruction they still got it wrong. Absolutely waste of my time. very poor service and staff do not seem to be experienced at all.......Check the prices for what you actually get.
Such a rude lady that has completely ruined my dogs hair when I asked for half a cm and chopped 2 cm more, they claim a trainy did it and excused the fact that she didnt explian the comb length and how that would effect the lenght of the dogs hair I was obviously not happy about the situation after I payed almost $100 for them to ruin my dogs hair and was told not to come back by Georgia working their. Then she denied it when I called up later on, I asked for a refund and they offered me a free wash and blow as they did not hurt or cut the dog and we got what we asked for, she continued to explain the different comb length and kept stating next time we can talk about having a longer one but it is not their fault and we got what we asked for. They were rude and the customer service was terrible. They continued to have a rude tone and would lie about everything they said. Wouldn't even give them 1 star.

Some not all of the staff come across as unhelpful and argumentative. I buy the same cat food each month so I know the price. The lady at the checkout tells me the high price much higher! has been like that for six months. And then she also tells me that prices have gone up "like everything in the supermarkets". I do all the supermarket shopping in my household... so I kind of know that prices have not gone up 60%. It's the condescending tone from her that bothers me. This type of experience has occurred a couple of times in the last year, so I'll just go to another store from now on.
