Amelia's nanny: (Jason) Have used this store for a great number of years and all the staff there are very helpful but one staff member stands out above the others, Jason who has helped me with all my aquatic needs. He is so very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. My granddaughter who is seven has been going in the store to see Jason for many years and not only does he go out of his way to help with all your pet needs he is so good with her. He knows straight away when we buy fish that she likes her name written on the bag and does it for her straight away. Thanks Jason for all your help, you go above and beyond, not found so much these days.

Had a 25% discount card, purchasing a bag of dog food for $119 and 2 bags of kitty litter. I believe the owner was serving me as he was directing staff back and forth when the registers had issues. When the register started working he said I could only have discount off cheapest item, said I would only take dog food then, made it sound like he was doing me a favor by taking $19 off the dog food, when the saving should have been almost $30, got out of there with what I needed in a hurry as I was embrassed by his incompetence. Very awkward, won't be back.

Very well stocked store. Staff are amazing. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable about all animals. They can't help you enough. Highly recommended.
