The staff are so helpful and easygoing. They help you to get what you want however you like it so you become a happy customer to come back for more. I did EOFY sales, returns and refunds, and different payment types in store with no issues with the stores. Online customer service > Account department was a bit more strict/rigid that I just walk in for in person service.

Today was looking for 360 selfie stick 2 in 1. The service was appaling. The young guy standing near the headphones seems uninterested when i approached. I asked him to check and bluntly said not available and walked away. I approached him again and askes which store has available stock. Again bluntly responded there are stocks in whitfordd and innaloo. Great i called whitfords as i do not trust his word and  there was none!  . Lucky rang them first before i head down there. Shouldnt have come here . Will never ever use JB hifi again!!nnNote :  so glad i bought my 360 x4 in harvey norman Joondalup and went to Anaconda in Innaloo to get the selfie stick . Got the best customer service in this stores

Absolutely brilliant staff. Got to the store at 545pm and yet wasn’t rushed by the staff so they could close at 6. Dakota was extremely helpful right from the time he took my call to when I got to the store.

Just wanted to share that Jordan had amazing customer service, he was very helpful and had a happy disposition.  Good on him for doing his job well

I've spent countless amount of money in this store. One thing that really struck me is customer service. Not just this JB hifi. The sales staff doesn't care about you. They are too busy talking to each other. The ones you do get a hold of make you understand you are not worth their time. No smiles and never happy to be at work it seems. The only person that does care, is Praise. I wish everyone acted like he does, he's an amazing sales person and listens to the needs of the customers. The store manager, I have never seen him smile. He seems very angry all the time. I don't think I will be coming back to this store unfortunately. Other JB's are going this way and it's worrying.nPS: I can't tell who works and who doesn't work there most the time. Have them wear JB hifi t shirts please.
