I have always been able to count on the staff to give me great advice and a great deal on all my electronics. I am not overly tech-savvy and can get overwhelmed, so it's nice to know there are friendly experts I can trust to help. On my most recent visit over the weekend I purchased some new headphones with the help of Matthew. I told him what I was looking for and he made it quick and easy to choose based on some recommendations. I love the product and am very happy with his advice and help. I hope management sees this, big shout out to Matthew :

Emily was very helpful when she sold me a Robovac. She knew a lot about the product and really helped me narrow down which vacuum I should buy. I had a great experience at the store and would happily come back again

Had great service from both Mike in the TV sales department and Emily in the Games department. Didn’t feel pressured to buy but both were fantastic at giving me the info I needed. Happily walked out with a new Switch 2 and some games recommended to me. When I’m ready to buy my TV I’ll definitely be asking for Mike!

Well, I got Bose QC earbuds they were not cheap, purchased extra warranty for peace of mind. 6 months later, it started a deafening whisking sound in my ear. Went back to the store to replace them, only to get told they have to send it back to manufacturer, a couple of weeks and all that jazz.nQuite disappointing experience I get a product I paid for plus extra care away for a couple of weeks. Bad experience
