A great team of people who are passionate, knowledgeable, friendly and easy going. We’ve purchased guitars, a piano and have lessons. We had an issue with one of the instruments and it was sorted without any issues whatsoever.  I highly recommend dropping by and seeing the crew for your music needs.

I bought my fender stratocaster from the guys at Joondalup music centre, from the moment I walked into the store , they made me feel so welcome, with the warm atmosphere , to my surprise , I was asked if I would like to play any guitar in the store, I felt so relaxed , I had a fantastic time picking the exact guitar that I wanted, beautiful music store10/10

Awesome experience. I have been wanting to learn to play guitar for many years after briefly trying to self-learn, but have been too nervous to enter a store and ask for help. I decided on a whim to drop in and was immediately set at ease and felt so welcome. Dan took his time with me, answered many questions, and helped me pick out a beautiful guitar. Thanks all, and I look forward to coming in for lessons!

Great bunch of guys, great friendly service every time, great selection of musical instruments and accessories. Staff go above and beyond every time to make sure your needs are met. Always good for a yarn too….lol

I had a fantastic shopping experience today! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, and really friendly! I went in to get new strings for my guitar, came away a really happy man with a freshly setup guitar, and feel confident to play again! Thanks guys, you're now my go-to local music shop! I bought a Fender Jazzmaster here and was very satisfied with the the service I received. The guys listened to my comments after trying a couple of guitars. Once I found the one I wanted, they adjusted the setup beautifully. The passion for what they do is obvious and I recommend them.

Hi guys! Yesterday I bought my first electric guitar and I’m so beyond happy. Dan was absolutely fantastic and so passionate about music, it was such a great experience. He explained everything so thoroughly and made sure I was choosing a guitar and amp that were the right fit for me and for what I want to play. Highly recommend

Today we went to buy piano in Joondalup Music centre met Sam and Dan were there today . They were so welcoming and provided a great shopping experience for us. Will highly recommend this shop they try to match the instruments with good deals of the day! We had good customer experience !

We went in to buy my 12 year old an electric guitar. We didn't have a clue what we were looking for . Thankfully the owner, David was there to help us out. He was wicked, really informative and after picking out a guitar we liked, he showed the boy how to use it and how the amp worked. Super cool shop, awesome people, highly recommend.
