Had a bad experience at the shop. Went there to use the self-printing machine and noticed it was printing. I read the print machine screen and it said low toner. Called someone and said that it was low on ink - she said she would come after finishing something but was taking too long. Then I called someone else and said it didn’t print my paper, they saw the machine was low on paper then they got paper, gave it to me and told ME, THE CUSTOMER, to refill it. I was shocked at the request, but I was in a rush so I put the paper in and then obviously it didn’t print. But this customer service was so bad, and it took time until someone could help me that I thought it was easier to just loose my money instead of getting someone else, waste more time and risk have the replace the ink myself that I just printed at another machine and left. Note: the screen where you select the printing paper said it was printed even though the machine didn’t print, so I couldn’t get my money back. I have worked with customers for nearly 10 year and I have never asked or will ask a customer to do my job. Completely unsatisfied!!!
Parking here can sometimes be a bit difficult as not many parking spots available when the store is busy most of the staff are friendly and helpful on most occasions, however sometimes including today there can be multiple staff members gathered around in one spot talking amongst themselves and oblivious to customers waiting to be served or needing help/advice.nThe print area here at Joondalup must be one of the worst in Perth for exceptionally slow service. I understand customers needing help here need additional time spent due to the nature of their business, but there needs to be additional staff in this section to assist customers that can sometimes be waiting 15-20 minutes just to be served.
An absolute joke of customer service at this store. Clicked I’m on my way in the morning and didn’t get to the store until 8.30pm. It wasn’t at the front of the store I was advised there was a back log and had to wait 10 mins . The store was dead. Then when I asked for the manager I was told I had to wait until I collected my order to ask for the manager. Meanwhile the staff was organising his personal food shopping into boxes while on shift!
**Awesome Customer Service**nA big thank you to Khetia for his high level of customer service. I visited the store to purchase a large whiteboard. Khetia not only found it out the back but also put it on a trolley and assisted me with it to my car. Impressive service at 7:30pm at night.nWell done 5 stars ……
absolutely appalling. I was standing in line for over 20 minutes and even when in front people behind me were served first. I waited patiently and didn’t even say anything as I was already busy a didn’t want to cause an argument. I don’t appreciate being rudely spoken to in such a snarky way by the register lady herself either she had quite the attitude. I have a very tight schedule and heavy work I did not want to have to deal with such imbecilic matters one the one day I get off. have a meeting with your coworkers and discuss basic manners you’re losing loyal customers.
