One of your staff was extremely rude. I ordered prints online and received no notification for pick up, even though the email said I would be informed once the order was ready. After 4 days of waiting I called up and your staff first claimed that you don't send out notifications and customers should just come and pick up our orders. I pointed out what was said in the email and she said oh those emails were automated they had nothing to no with them. She went and checked the order for me and came back saying one of was there. I ordered 2 so naturally I asked about the 2nd one. She went if one was there the other one must be also. Now Officeworks had once said they'd notify me and they didn't, what makes me think the other order was ready? I wasn't going to drive all the way there and find I haven't got my things. So I made her check again and she was really pissed off with me, put me on hold when I was in mid sentence without mentioning I was being put on hold. After a lengthy wait she said they were both here everything was fine. I wanted to get the message through, which was I never received any notification and they should do something about it. She was like the emails were automated there was nothing we could do. Please understand here that from a customer's point of view, you guys who answer the phone are the only point of contact for me. I can't access your IT department and ask them to send the right emails. I rely on you to relay the message. But this she did not want to deal with for she hung up on me while I was trying to explain. How was that? I got a gift card and an apology from Ken the manager and the other staff were all nice. But you guys better get the problems fixed and get your staff to behave.

Love the Joondalup office works team. Always friendly. The manager is always happy to help and go above and beyond. Went in this morning at they opened the doors early at 7:50am and I was out at 7:59am before they officially opened. Thanks guys!

Officeworks has some unique servies and document preparation. I can see what people mean about slow service and short staffed, I think its due to the times and the economic climate at the moment. People say 2018 going to be the best year for the boom......um I hope so.

I have been trying to call the Joondalup store non stop for over a hour . They have taken the phone off the hook. In a economic climate where customers are shopping more and more online it bewilders me that this Business spends MILLIONS on advertising then allows their staff to take the phone off the hook not to take customers calls. I started calling at 4.00pm its now 5.07 and they still have it off the hook. If they are that busy that they can’t pick up a phone this business is BOOMING and I want it. Disappointing . Then I ring their Malaga store and guess what? they are just as bad. Instead of answering and saying “please hold a moment” BANG! they throw you on hold. So then I called head office and , THEY COULDNT GET THROUGH EITHER! Time after time after time. Absolutely DISGUSTING SERVICE. There is NO WAY that at this time of the afternoon they are so inundated that NOT ONE of the staff in their stores can take a customer call. When the phone rings it means the customer WANTS TO SPEND MONEY! You should really answer it. Will shop online and allow you to waste your millions on advertising to a customer base you clearly do not want!

Staff tend to 'stand around' doing 'not much' whilst 1 person can be left to manage a line of customers at the print kiosk. If you don't want to answer your phone - fine... perhaps best to not advertise your phone number.
