I enjoy coming here.nnSome of the younger generation are so very helpful, Officeworks should be grateful for them.nnToday I got more than I thought I’d spend.nnThe shop had soooo many specials on offer it’s just way too hard not to get them.nnThere is a lovely young man named Robbie, so thoughtful, very versatile and in general a good human being.nnHe is genuinely so real, it’s so very refreshing.nnAnyway, after he helped me buy my items, he then was on his break and offered to assist me with my purchases.nnHe loaded up my car and we chatted for 2 minutes then he went back to work.nnThx Robbie you’re a STAR enjoy being 18!!! I had a great experience at Officeworks. The store was well organised and easy to navigate, with a wide range of products available at competitive prices. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help, which made the whole shopping experience smooth and stress-free. Checkout was quick, and everything I needed was in stock. I’d definitely recommend this Officeworks store to anyone looking for quality stationery, tech, or office supplies.
Shocking... it seems that the printing area is always under staff and not well trained. Wait times are ridiculous to be served. You can see some staff are eager to assist but they look incompitent for the processes are not in place. I did an online order with Officeworks same Company right Got my invoice in Jan few days later. Went to collect, after waiting an hour in the queue, to be told... did you receive an sms that you order is ready? No, how would I have known if not communicated on my email? O, thst's the normal process .. So I left, waiting for my sms.... that never came, a month later. . So went back, waited another hour to be served, to be told, o no, your order is still not ready. We can actually not find it, it was never done... with a lengthy excuse. But if you want it we can do it now... seriously???? If I didn't want it why would I order it in the firts place? If you want your money back... o that we can't do either, you ordered it online so will have to contact customer service. and how much time has been waisted for a mear $7 photo ordernTo the Managers of Officeworks. Pls step up, train your staff, inverst in them, they are the face of your company. Support them, with proper processes and feedback to customers. Be on the floor, so you can see what is realy going on. To have a product that people need is a benefit but being a successful business comes with Customer Care. If I had a choice I would not deal with Officeworks at all... but choices are limited and unfortunately this seems to motivate the attitude of poor service.
WOW! This store has provided me with true joy. Products in aisle 8 are particularly of a high standard. One word to describe this store: class. Specific staff members have made this experience optimal. Shanique is a true problem solver. When I required a sold-out chair, she found a solution to provide me with a discounted display chair. Amara also provided excellent service and knowledge about the store, knowing all the nooks and crannies where products hide, being truly helpful.
We had a wonderful experience. We checked stock online for some A5 cardboard to attach to the back of our wedding vows for our wedding next weekend and it said they had 14 in stock. We came into store specifically to buy it and the shelves were empty. Viren helped us, he searched the shelves, got the ladder searched the top of the shelves. Went out the back and went through multiple 20kg boxes and finally found what we had come in for in the last box! Absolute legend!
