I recently visited Officeworks Joondalup and had an outstanding experience! The store was well-organized and stocked with everything I needed truely worth my 30km drive to get the last items available in stock across the whole WA.nnA special shoutout to Anoj, the manager, whose exceptional customer service truly made a difference. He was friendly, attentive, and even stayed late to help me with my big Apple order, going above and beyond for his customers. It's rare to find such dedication, and I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for top-notch service!
Absolutely shocking service and after 3 visits at 3 different times of the day there still is only one staff member at the printing section with a massive queue of customers all wanting larger prints. The main till is quiet with 3 staff members standing chatting and general store staff walking around with no one stepping in. This is not the first occasion this has happened and there ALWAYS seems to be one staff member at the printing desk.
Parking here can sometimes be a bit difficult as not many parking spots available when the store is busy most of the staff are friendly and helpful on most occasions, however sometimes including today there can be multiple staff members gathered around in one spot talking amongst themselves and oblivious to customers waiting to be served or needing help/advice.nThe print area here at Joondalup must be one of the worst in Perth for exceptionally slow service. I understand customers needing help here need additional time spent due to the nature of their business, but there needs to be additional staff in this section to assist customers that can sometimes be waiting 15-20 minutes just to be served.
The Eastern European lady roleplaying security guard at the front door needs to learn some manners, I was very Cleary walking away from the counters when the item I purchased is all the way on the other side of the store, it’s not my fault your employee forgot to give the receipt. I don’t know where you learnt it’s ok to just stanch customers property out of their hands for no reason you rude price of work
A big thank you to Krii and her team for helping us print invitations. We had extra concerns including the paper type, and whether the borders would be cut off by the printer margins. But those issues were happily sorted. Cheers
