I recently visited Officeworks Joondalup and had an outstanding experience! The store was well-organized and stocked with everything I needed truely worth my 30km drive to get the last items available in stock across the whole WA.nnA special shoutout to Anoj, the manager, whose exceptional customer service truly made a difference. He was friendly, attentive, and even stayed late to help me with my big Apple order, going above and beyond for his customers. It's rare to find such dedication, and I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for top-notch service!
No sense of urgency! the guy in front of me in line was waiting for 20 minutes. There were 3 workers standing at the counter talking and 1 girl working at the pace of a sloth. She served 1 person in the time span of 10 minutes and didn’t call for any help at service desk when she was the line building and customers getting frustrated. I’m not one to write bad reviews but always dread coming to officeworks at Joondalup
Absolutely shocking service and after 3 visits at 3 different times of the day there still is only one staff member at the printing section with a massive queue of customers all wanting larger prints. The main till is quiet with 3 staff members standing chatting and general store staff walking around with no one stepping in. This is not the first occasion this has happened and there ALWAYS seems to be one staff member at the printing desk.
Not interested in answering their phone, went to Harvey Norman instead. Like most corporates they are no longer interested in satisfying the needs of their purchasing customers. Eventually all staff will be gone then what?
Make it make sense Officeworks Joondalup!How can u wait an hr for an item that is ready for pickup?Why should customers picking up be waiting in the same line as those printing when there is more than enough staff around who can help dispatch an item?
