**Awesome Customer Service**nA big thank you to Khetia for his high level of customer service. I visited the store to purchase a large whiteboard. Khetia not only found it out the back but also put it on a trolley and assisted me with it to my car. Impressive service at 7:30pm at night.nWell done 5 stars ……
The service here was terrible. The staff were rude and when help was requested they just walked off. It took over 2 hours to print and scan a document. After that time we still didn't get all the pages we needed. Both times we asked for assistance we didn't get the help necessary. Don't waste your time going to this store. They have no idea
There needs to be more staff on the front counter. There is always a line to use the printer and always a line for the front checkouts. Today I stood in a line for 20 minutes just to laminate 2 A4 pages, which took 30 seconds. I understand that there is a lot of tasks to do, but that shows there needs to be more people on the counter.nnIf you are printing something, I recommend buying your own printer instead of waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes.
I don’t know who is running this store but it’s absolutely ridiculous! I went in there to buy a plastic page holder. I bought one that was landscape and one that was portrait. The landscape one didn’t have a barcode on it and it took them a good 15 minutes to look through the whole computer system and still couldn’t find the correct scanning item to ring the items up! I got sent over to the manager to see if he could find it and he started to pull out his phone and go on it during the transaction I told him I was in a massive rush and if he could just figure out a way to charge me, I don’t care what I had to pay. I just needed to go and then he basically just said no and I left without anything I needed. You have five stars on here sort yourselves out!!
The service in this place is a joke. Is it part of the job description to be painfully slow, act busy and avoid customer contact at all costs??? I waited in line for 40mins and in store over an hour to have a book bound. I should have been in and out 5-10 mins max if there were capable staff!! I ended up leaving after an hour and 10mins, book still wasn’t bound it took her half an hr to punch holes.nNow I’m late to my own funeral! Thanks!
