We found JB HiFi Electronics Store in Joondalup very easy to deal with, Hanna was excellent having to put up with a customer with a neurological condition she took who time to help me understand things and also was so very patient when I didn’t. Hanna needs a Badge for great Service. Thanks again for the excellent service.
JB you've done it again! Staff are knowledgable about what they're selling and make the effort to explain in detail the ins and outs of different products. Even being flown out to conferences for certain items and speaking with companies. They were able to exchange a product I purchased earlier in the day without doing proper research, exchanged it and put it towards the things I should've bought in the first place without question or hesitation.
Generally like jb and favourable to them and JB 5* for previous purchases but this time I bought a dishwasher paid for installation and take away. However they did no installation as we were not told we had to remove dishwasher 1st and even then some minor mods enlarge cabinet hole for pipe would not have been done. By contrast I bought a washing machine from their competitor and they did everything. Would I go there again, yes but I would be far more careful on install and delivery and willing to go to someone with better install service if not much more.
They have a good selection of electronics, etc. Although they didn't have what we were looking for this time, I have been able to purchase various items in other occasions. The service is good and prices competitive
Great store with great friendly staff. Stocks a lot more than the standard stores you’re used to in shopping centres. Wide open store but makes it easier to find what you need. Prices are pretty good too! Plenty of parking outside off the road. Staff are very attentive, know what their products are and are always helpful.
Good store, though i do think it'd be better for jb to just be one larger store at Joondalup shopping centre instead of 2 separate stores
Not very busy so always good service here. I recently bought some charging stuff for my phone and had no problems. Bit on the pricey side but you generally get what you pay for.
Went in to buy a new IPhone 14. Alex came straight up to me and from the get go was very pleasant to deal with. I have worked many years in the customer service Industry as well as being a tradesman, I can highly recommend Alex. He wasn’t pushy, was very knowledgeable and let me do the talking instead of trying to sell. Would highly recommend Alex to anyone wanting to buy something from JB hifi Joondalup Home. Will definitely be back to see Alex for my future technology needs. Thanks mate for making it a very easy visit, keep up the good work.
Went in knowing a little about what we wanted. The sales staff were extremely friendly and not invasive. The store had loads of parking, was clean and well stocked.
Love going to this store! Always full of great products and product knowledge thank you to Neal for all your help with my Garmin Venu SQ Watch purchase today! Customer service goes a long way....greatly appreciated!
