I can highly recommend these guys. They recommend the best suitable speakers to my vintage Turntable. When I had a problem they compassionately listened, took me seriously and investigated it all. All is working wonderfully now, thank you all very much for your patience and understanding. I will definitely be back again when I need something else.
Awesome setup to demo home theater projection equipment and Dolby atmos systems. The team have excellent product knowledge. Definately will be going back to them for my next stereo system. I have talked with most of the guys there about their systems they are only too willing to sit down with you and answer your questions using easy terms with no baffle.
Honest and knowledgeable, with a good range of AV products. I have found the Joondalup store of West Coast HiFi Joondalup to be a fantastic to deal with.
As a returning customer I am always impressed by the professional and friendly service from Kim and his crew at Joondalup, West Coast Hifi. They didn't have stock of the speakers I purchased, but they were diligent in keeping me informed as to their progress across the country. When they arrived damaged they were quick to organise a replacement set I didn't have to wait to much longer at all. a pleasant surprise. greatly appreciated!
Would recommend to Hi-Hi enthusiasts. I live Interstate and ordered online but delivery was fast and smooth with no problems. I also got a very good price. Very happy with the whole experience.
Visited near close and received outstanding service from Michael. He was incredibly friendly and happy to answer every question under the sun. He provided lots of technical advice and showed a willingness to go above and beyond without being one of those "pushy salespersons". Would recommend coming here for all of your home theater needs and advice! Will be back when I'm richer
I have been dealing with Michael the past few weeks, Extremely helpful, awesome service. Delivery to Melbourne in 1-2 days every time, great communication and above all, excellent deals. Has looked after me really well and my go to for anything Hifi or Home theatre related. Thanks very much Michael and the team..
Totally disinterested, along with bad customer service. Also higher prices compared to other West Coast stores.They must be doing so well because they obviously don't need the work.They would have got less than a full star if it was possible.
The owner does not seem to do the right thing sometimes but they try. My brother purchased a NEW amp but got a used one. Had similar complaints from unrelated people as well and even other stores admitting to getting these sort of complaints from them. Make sure to check your items when purchasing here. I am a little weiry of them but have not personally had these issues. UPDATE Dec 2018 - Still no feedback from the store. They respond to positive reviews, but seem to ignore the problematic ones, one can only wonder why. Come on guys, you can do better!
I just want to say a massive thank you to Michael and the team at West Coast. They went above and beyond in helping me create my dream setup, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. I wish you all nothing but the best in the future!
