I own Cloud Audio Visual, a National audio visual business, with our head office in Melbourne. In 2015 I contacted Marcus @ MS Tech, along with a whole lot of other AV specialists in Perth, and as soon as we met, I knew he was our man. Marcus and his team have been doing our corporate installations in and around Perth ever since. Marcus's integrity with our customers and attention to detail are second to none. We recently worked together to complete a Corporate Office relocation for Emeco in Osborne Park, WA. With Marcus being the front facing contact for the job I knew we were in safe hands. At the completion of weeks of work I conducted a walk around with Marcus and the client and we were all incredibly happy with the result. Marcus is a great operator but more importantly, he really knows his stuff. If I could give him and his team a 6 star rating, I would. Thanks again mate, another great team effort!! So glad we found Marcus! He set up our home av and was very patient in explaining how to get the best out of the equipment. Not only does he do a great job but he’s always been ready and available to respond quickly to any queries we’ve had, including incorporating new appliances into the system and going out of his way to find the best deals for us. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!!
Marcus helped us with a major overhaul of the Audio Visual system in a busy multi level live entertainment venue. The project required a very complex design and install. Marcus researched & designed a high end system for us and mapped a custom operating solution to control any area of the venue from multiple phones and tablets. Marcus is a consummate professional and expert in AV solutions. I could not recommend MS Tech highly enough.
Marcus has come out twice since we moved into our 'smart' home. He's overseen a smooth transition between owners and different network providers. He's listened to how we want things and found solutions within our relatively old CBus system.
I have used Marcus 2 times now originally on my new build in 2018 for my alarm, home theatre and camera system and again just recently on my home I have just purchased for another camera system. His knowledge and service is 1st class and I would highly recommend Marcus to anyone wanting to use his services! Marcus is very knowledgeable of pretty much everything electronics, CCTV, alarm systems, home theatre systems, sound and home automation. great workmanship and professionalism. would not hesitate recommending him
Marcus assisted us with wifi issues within our house, he was extremely professional, honest & knowledgeable & installed what was required for us to achieve wifi access on our whole property . We highly recommend MS Tech to anyone who requires assistance with their audio, visual or data services.
