The guys are one of a kind when it comes to customer service. They are a small store but with big heart. Good price and always responsive to questions. I have bought more than I should have at times and I haven't had any regrets thus far : I would highly recommend Hal and his team to family and friends.
Came to drop off faulty NVR. Main counter staff were ok but supervisor refused to take goods, even I had paperwork with instructions from installer. No apologies given. Poor customer service.
A big thank you to Access Antennas, Hal and staff for their excellent service. With their help I set up 3 separate camera security systems which are all working perfectly. I needed to phone a few times for assistance in the initial setting up of the system and appreciate the good service and help provided. When I needed advice on getting TV for my camper, I visited Access. Their staff were helpful beyond the call, explaining what was needed, offering the cheapest solution and explaining all options, and not pushing the most expensive. Prior to purchase I compared prices with others - Access was way ahead on price. What I really appreciate about Access though is that after I went home and tried to set up the dish I had purchased, I had some problems, not even related to their product, which after a long call with a patient listener, were completely resolved. I couldn't have found the problem without help, and that is what I got. This after sales service is reason enough to recommend Access.
