these guys are top notch, have everything readily available and at unbeatable prices cannot fault them at all. not sure what all the negative comments are about as i have been here multiple times and everytime the customer service is phenomenal. thanks alot

Bought a new screen for my Surface Pro and then realised I ordered the wrong one. Minidigital were extremely helpful in sorting out my problems. I have nothing but praises for this company. Thoroughly recommend.!!

Bought a samsung screen from here. Didnt work first try. Upon asking the owner was very arrogant in that it works. Didnt test fully installed. Turns out i had to put electrical tape over an exposed chip of the screen because when the phone put together it shorts out with the main board. All working fine now. The guy on the front counter was very helpful but will never buy from here again. Bad customer service and cheap over priced products.

My review with Minidigital can only be at best a passing grade. While I am annoyed by how I was treated by staff and the fact my phone is not completely repaired, the phone is at least usable and working. I would suggest keeping a record of all conversations with Minidigital IT in email format. PROS: - Good initial customer experience - Off-market phone was, in the end, working and usable after repair. - Generous discount due to long time frame and installation issues offered. - Ongoing support regarding phone screen offered. CONS: - 2+ month period between point of deposit and point of repair complete. - Did not occur to customer service to take initiative and let me know about delays. - On phone pickup, screen not completely repaired. Phone screen lifts off, white dots on bottom of screen. - "Memory lapses" by customer representative regarding point of deposit conversation. - Rude mannerism at point of sale. Got the impression that "it's your problem, not ours", from sales representative. I was annoyed by this.
