We were looking for a new home coffee machine and were very impressed with Francesco, who spent a long time with us sharing his immense knowledge about everything to do with coffee. He then kindly expedited delivery of our chosen machine so that we could have it for the long weekend. Luca gave up his public holiday to plumb in the machine and show us how to make the perfect coffee. The VCM team is professional, helpful and very pleasant and we are thrilled with our daily coffees. We will certainly return to them for the regular machine servicing.

I have used VCM to repair my expobar coffee machine was fed up with my older service provider in south of the river as very unreliable and lack of knowledge. When James from VCM arrived on site he was profetional quick and new axcactly where the problem was. Repairing my machine quickly so i lost no coffee sales. I really reccomend vcm and will use from now on.thank you guys.

This is a very professional and sufficient coffee business, very professional staff and technicians, service is instantaneous and excellent. They sell the Best coffee around western Australia, and best services for coffee machines.

Francesco and Luca and the team at VCM have been nothing but brilliant over the last year. They are true professionals that understand quality machines and are always willing to help in anyway possible. They have always offered prompt friendly service and to top it off they are family owned. Highly recommend!
