Watch out for these scammers. Selling built computers with lesser cheaper parts instead of what's listed and being charged for. That's theft and a scam! Whatim the too spicy curry is going on here? These people think they're safe to do this so they will continue robbing people. Watch out for these guys!
Plenty of good advice despite not having stock of what I was looking for. I didn’t buy but thank you for your time.
Great service, even held onto the printer we were about to purchase because the car we had was too small, and we had to go home and get to a big SUV. Even better before a few minutes of closing time
Needed our old desktop assessed. Staff could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately the old machine was terminal. We then were assisted with a new set up that should see us into the future trouble free. Very patient and knowledgeable sales tech could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend.
Rahul.. his Customer Service is Exceptional . Keep up the good work Mr Singh. Very approachable and PC Guru.
I was wrongly advised and am now stuck with a thermal printer that I can't use. No effort to help at all.
Just bought a new laptop from here - service from Rahul was excellent. He offered an alternative laptop to the one I'd picked out just to see which I preferred. Also the price was much lower than the 'big boys' on the high street. For a small business these guys are definitely worth a look and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to anyone looking to buy a new PC or peripheral item.
Regular customer. Bought laptops here in 2017 and around 2013 0r 12. The laptop I purchased in 2017 had problems pertaining to the hard drive which I took in to be looked at and serviced. No problem there. In fact service was pretty fast. My gripe is how the laptop was returned to me. The top was full of scratches. A lot of scratches. I left it in their care with not one. I take care of it. They're not cheap. I've never had a problem before but now the idea of dealing with them again has me completely soured. I've enclosed some pictures.
Early May 2021 Rahul ran some hardware checks not sure what they all were, within 24hrs of drop off, so that was good 2 stars now 3 stars and I was verbally advised no issues. A written report would cost me $$. Rahul suggests its a Windows 10 update issue. My neighbor has also been having Win10 issues on 2 pc's with BSOD Blue screen of death via Windows so seems logical. It would just be nice to have some hardware report before formatting the HDD and reinstalling Windows 10. I think Arrow quoted $150 - $200 to do it. Final rating *** 13/4/21 The computer has performed well for 11 months but is now suffering possible reliability issues BSOD so it is back to the store soon to see if they can resolve them and to see if it is a warranty claim. 20/5/20 After having done lots of reading to try and understand computers a bit more before buying a replacement I thought I was well enough informed to buy one. I decided on a tower in the belief of getting more performance for my money as compared to a laptop or mini tower or small form factor machine. I decided to go with an Intel I5 motherboard which was a step up from the I3 we had previously a prebuilt from Harris Technology- now online only but I also chose an Arrow prebuilt in the hope of getting better value by not paying for a "branded product" HP, Lenovo, etc. On the Arrow website branded machines have all their detailed specifications for all of their components so you know exactly what you are getting for your money. Reading of reviews helps build your understanding of the industries comparisons of products on a side by side detailed analysis. Unfortunately the Arrow prebuilt machines have quite limited information i.e. 256 SSD - but not brand or specs or 2TB HDD - but no brand or specs, 8GB Ram but no brand or specs. I believe this helps with substituting lower quality parts which can help with increased profit margins but possibly also a lower value product but not a lower value price. Admittedly there is a supply issue at the moment limited parts availability and increased pricing if my research is accurate in the midst of the corona virus pandemic, which for the consumer, makes substitution an even more likely possibility as quality brands run out of stock. So my error was not asking what the specifications of the SSD, RAM and HDD were prior to buying the machine. Rahul Sales Manager is a softly spoken person who to me gives the impression of not having much time. After buying the machine and discovering the quality of the HDD, RAM and SSD then doing more research at home I thought it was not the product for me cost v's quality v's performance, so having not even unpacked the machine I took it back the next day after having rung the store to seek a refund. Between the staff they played the good cop , bad cop routine and advised they would not offer a full refund, but their first offer was, they could take it back with a 20% restocking fee $239.80 loss to me. After considerable discussion they offered a 5% reduction in the invoice and a 15% restocking fee $170.86 loss to me. As previously noted by others there are over 6 "Refund Policy" posters in the store, but none on top of the counter were they take your payment. Whilst this may be too communicate clearly with customers it may also indicate that this is not the first time see other reviews they have taken this approach. My suggestion is know exactly what you are to be provided in the components of the machine, ask for them to be listed in detail on the invoice, know what the manufacturer offers as a warranty on the components and ask lots of questions and keep lots of notes if you choose to shop at this store or any Arrow store for that matter. For me I have had to kept the machine and hope I don't have to claim against my 12 month warranty as I would ideally not like to return to the store if it can be helped, but if I do I will post a review again. I hope this helps consumers researching the Arrow Computers brand as a possible solution to their computer needs. Cheers.
Great place to shop, local and good service. Installation of new software and updates on a new laptop was no problem! Small range of desktops for gaming and laptops were a minimum which was good because you weren't comparing 20 brands. Will be back for a upgrade for parts to my gaming tower.
