I have always had excellent service and just recently from the service technician Justin who was extremely courteous and helpful in all areas of expertise. Thanks to Ethan, I had the best shopping experience at any computer store. Most staff are not helpful but Ethan really went above and beyond to help us. I will be coming back to this store and would recommend to any one.

I sent an email enquiry requesting a price on a monitor for office use only (which was specified). I received a belligerent response by a representative named Chris who provided me excessive information which had no relevance to my initial enquiry. I ended up forwarding my enquiry to a competitor who provided me with a competent response. If you're looking for a monitor, look else where!

Popped into Austin Computers Osb Pk today thinking I was going to have major hassles with my computer, but Justin and his magic touch made my day by fixing my computer within minutes. He's a legend. Thank you so much. Love how helpful and friendly the staff are here always. Will only visit here for computer issues.
