Terrible returns policy and unwillingness to resolve customer dissatisfaction. Do your research on their returns policy, because after 5 days any defective product needs to be sent to their authorised repairer for inspection and repair, even if the product is DOA or has a major fault out of the box. This is well behind the standard set by most other retailers.nnBought a very expensive product, and it had a fault out of the box. Their phone staff based in Manila said to take it in, but didn’t mention the returns window on the phone. Packed it up, drove in - only to be told my six day old product would need to be sent away for inspection before a repair or refund would be offered.nnThey also state in their returns policy that “Returned items will remain your responsibility during transit”. So they want to send my $4000 item to a repairer not of my choosing for assessment, and the item would remain my responsibility during transit?nnYeah, get bent.nnWould hate to think what would happen if you simply changed your mind. Oh right, they don’t offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind at all.nnI’ve been buying musical equipment from retailers all around the world for close to 30 years. My experience with Billy Hyde’s means I will never again set foot in that store.nnI hope it was worth it.
Even though Kosmic Sound has closed up now this review is dedicated to Kosmic Sound, I just wanted to make a short and sweet review thanking all the New and Former Kosmic Staff for making Kosmic as it is today! Kosmic was more than a music shop, it was a fun environment and I have enjoyed my time getting to know the staff, trying out some awesome equipment and playing rock n roll and I can't wait to see what you all have in store for your next chapter!
I recenty went there to buy a new uke and amp. The staff were very advising and helpful with my choices. I would gladly recomend Billy Hyde Music Osborne Park and I will be shopping there again.
Very knowledgeable and understanding staff, they were so kind and understanding when I had problem's with a new pa that I purchased there, they gave me a refund no questions asked, keep up the good work guy's and I'll see you in the futurenRegardsnSean
Today we visited Zenith Music. If there is music heaven, this is it!!!! Oh my goodness - if you can't find something you want/need here, there is something drastically wrong! We spoke with Jamie, what a legend!!! Not only a talented musician, but so well versed with everything music!! Cannot thank him enough for his advice, his wealth of knowledge and experience and generally helping me to make my choice, of which there were so many!! Sincere gratitude Jamie!!
