Visited the Perth store today for the first time with my son who plays guitar & drums; the selection in store is mind-blowing! The staff were awesome & knowledgeable in both the drum area & main floor area. They were great with my son & were more than happy to allow him to have a go on his chosen instruments : I anticipate spending a lot of money here, thanks BH !
Even though Kosmic Sound has closed up now this review is dedicated to Kosmic Sound, I just wanted to make a short and sweet review thanking all the New and Former Kosmic Staff for making Kosmic as it is today! Kosmic was more than a music shop, it was a fun environment and I have enjoyed my time getting to know the staff, trying out some awesome equipment and playing rock n roll and I can't wait to see what you all have in store for your next chapter!
Very knowledgeable and understanding staff, they were so kind and understanding when I had problem's with a new pa that I purchased there, they gave me a refund no questions asked, keep up the good work guy's and I'll see you in the futurenRegardsnSean
Store owners nowadays always complaining about low foot traffic, okay cool but how can you get a decent foot traffic if the staff doesn’t seem too interested with the customer?. No engagement whatsoever and the fella I assume he’s one of the bosses doesn’t even acknowledge me smile or say hi to me. So yeah i’m done with in store experience. Next time I just buy online.
