Today I tried to purchase a digital piano. I asked the staff whether a certain model could connect to an external sustain pedal. He told me to just “press the keys longer.”
Great range of acoustic guitars that are all tuned correctly and have quality strings. Gives a real opportunity to hear the instrument and also compare them. Staff are very courteous and professional. Great service
Fantastic customer service. One of the team members approached me promptly asking if I needed any assistance. I didn't catch his name but was at 1.30pm 15/1/25.nnI was there to buy kids drum sticks but mentioned that my sons kit was missing a bass drum pedal. He offered to check out the back in the workshop to see if he had any spare childrens/junior pedals in which to my surprise he found one. The gentleman then offered me a very reasonable price for the pedal, he made my sons day and mine.nnReally happy customer thank you!
Looks like my son isn’t receiving his Christmas Present this year ordered a guitar online on 29th November. Didn’t receive by estimated delivery date so tried to contact sales team. Don’t respond to emails. Don’t follow up on requests to look into where the order is. Took a week for someone to actually do anything - thanks Sophie, only staff member that deserves a bonus this year. Called and spoke to 4 different people within online sales, in store and in the warehouse. If this was my business I would sack the useless online sales staff. Who knows when I’m going to receive my guitar
