Came in for a normally closed push button switch.nYoung bloke was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.nGot what I wanted perfectly. Even got the multimeter out and showed me how to wire it up. 03/08/26
Very friendly, professional, and attentive team. I had never been here before and needed a portable power battery.nThey treated me with respect and patience, answering all my questions. That’s very hard to find in Perth! Highly recommended.nnn@lavendermassagewa
I had a very disappointing experience with Jaycar Osborne Park regarding a 3D printer purchase.nnI purchased what I believed was a new 3D printer, only to discover it had previously been used and repackaged. At no stage was I informed that the unit was second-hand or had been returned by another customer.nnAfter reporting the issue, I was told I could receive a replacement. However, I was required to return the original printer before collecting the replacement. As I live approximately 500km away, returning the printer was not a simple matter.nnI was advised the freight would cost around $30, but the actual cost was over $100. Despite this, I have not been reimbursed for the return freight. When I raised the issue, I was told it was “above us” and that I would need to contact head office myself.nnCommunication throughout the process was poor. I was told a message had been left for me, but no voicemail was received. I was also told I could return the printer to the Midland store, however when I contacted the store they were unaware of any arrangement.nnThe staff member I dealt with was polite, but the overall handling of the situation has been extremely disappointing. Selling a previously used product as new, requiring the customer to pay significant return freight, and then passing responsibility elsewhere is not what I would expect from a retailer.nnBased on this experience, I would be cautious about purchasing large items from Jaycar if you live a significant distance from a store.
Great shop and friendly service. Assistant was more than happy to help me find what I needed and I left very happy. Had no idea this gem existed!
Guys there were super helpful. Listen well to my goal and gave great insight. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. cheers.
