Very efficient and professional. The final result is much better than I expected with rustproof paint on all holes drilled, new wiring looms that have been placed in thoughtful locations. The job they had to do on my car was a real pain in the arse but they really have taken it in their stride and done a great job. Thanks boys!
I had an electrical fault on my trailer which was repaired by these guys today. I've been here three times now, first to get my electrics and my towbar fitted. Second to get a different electrical port hooked up. I kept hitting it on high curbs so I got a ribbon one installed that goes into my car boot when I'm not using it and today I had my electrical fault on my trailer fixed by a lovely gentleman named Liam. I have always found the prices to be very reasonable. Not once have I ever felt I was treated like a silly person or "just a woman". They are and always have been friendly, respectful, professional and helpful. I even got a courtesy call to remind me that I was booked in the next day. So thank you Morris, Jane and Liam, guys you're awesome. There was another guy there but he didn't help me directly but he was friendly too. I'm just reading some of these reviews and I think I've gotten your names wrong! I'll fix it when I can get the right info! Sorry in advance.
Needed to install a tow-bar right before the Christmas, called many places and was told - Sorry! all booked out. Parkside team managed to squeeze me in between their already busy schedule an I got my tow bar installed just in time for my trip. Thanks again!
My father has been a client of PARKSIDE TOWBARS literally for decades. I followed his lead and have been a client also for some time now having had a tow bar fitted a few years back. Great service and competitive price! More recently I had a RED ARC electric brake system fitted to my vehicle and the service I received from Boris and his team at the Osborne Park branch was second to none!! There was an issue with my vehicle and although totally non-related to the install Boris invited me back and he and two other staff went through the install process and did extensive tests showing me that all was in order. I have since had the issue diagnosed and is an issue with my ageing vehicle!! Again, particular thanks to Boris for his accomodating service and friendly after sales service.
Had a great experience having a new tow bar fitted. The price was very good after shopping around. The office/shop staff were fantastic. They were really helpful and friendly. I chose to wait while the tow bar was fitted and the technician was very efficient and worked to a tight schedule. My car was sorted in 1 1/2 hours which I thought was amazing. Visit August 2020 I returned to Parkside to get help with a bike rack I purchased from them. Not because there was a problem with it but because I didn’t have a clue what to do. The staff were amazing. They were so patient with me and not only built it for me but showed me exactly how to use it. The staff really care and made sure I was happy with the carrier. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Parkside.
I just had my tow bar done and had to write a review straight away! These guys are absolutely amazing! Quick, efficient and friendliest service I’ve ever had! They went above and beyond to get the job done quickly so I could pick up my kids. As for the quality of job this is the second time we have had this done here and my husband won’t go anywhere else! So great job Parkside Osborne Park!

These guys are great - not only did they hold an adaptor I needed for a week while I was away from Perth working, they even fitted it to my towball tongue at no extra charge. Excellent customer service!
Went well above and beyond to make sure my bull bar fitted perfectly and accessories matched. Original one had a chip from the factory and they re-booked and replaced it with a new one as soon as they could. Everyone that I dealt with couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.
