We bought an Avan motorhome from Premier. This is a major purchase for us and we found them excellent to deal with. We looked at the motorhomes three times before committing and there has been no sales pressure. Peter and Levi know their product well and have given us good advice along the way, including options that might suit our needs and those where we might be better off saving our money.

Buying a caravan from this yard/dealer has left a sour taste in my mouth due to a warranty issue with my caravan . ( Within the 3 month warranty period s/hand caravan ) A mobile repairer was authorised to quote on repairs necessary and report back to Avan . Authorisation is given from Avan for the repairs to be completed , and i'm told to pay the repair company and Avan will reimburse me the invoice amount . Upon presenting the invoice to Avan for reimbursement I was told "the repairs weren't authorised and we will only cover half the bill ". Be careful and think twice about your purchase from Avan .
