We must say we are thoroughly pleased with excellent service from Audi Centre Perth. Right from the time of seeing the new car, going through the process and procuring the car it has been a real smooth non judmental process. Delivery timing, communication and lead time information was perfect.nWe were even more amazed to be invited to Audi Events to Optus Stadium to watch the game. It was heart warming to see Bronte and Colleen personally attending to the guest and being involved in service with subtle message that they simply care.nFantastic experience... Five stars doesn't quite cover it.nI've dealt with a lot of people in a lot of industries over the years, and Ben Salerno is the kind of person who reminds you what genuine service actually feels like. No pressure, no performance.. just real knowledge, real patience, and a natural ability to make you feel like you're the only customer he has.nHe's relatively new to the Audi Centre Perth team, but you'd never know it. The depth of information he provided, the way he walked me through everything without ever making it feel like a sales pitch, it was refreshing in the best possible way.nIf you're considering an Audi and you want the experience to match the car, ask for Ben.nJamie
One for the lady’s! I had a great experience at Audi Centre Perth, my sales lady was Thira and from the get go she made me feel so welcomed. She listened to my needs allowed me to explore my options, she was very patient, and explained everything I needed to know about the car models I was interested in. I have had bad experiences with pushy car sales men before and she took all that anxiety away.nI can honestly say if it wasn’t for Thira making me feel so at ease I don’t think I would have purchased my new RS3, I’m very grateful. As a woman this type of experience is very important.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Audi Osborne Park, particularly with a member of the service team, Ryan Miller.nnI initially brought my car in for a routine service, but unfortunately, the battery died on the way and I had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. When discussing the service, I asked about receiving a service report and was informed that it was not included and would require a separate diagnostic fee. I was hesitant, but Ryan explained that a proper service could not be carried out without a diagnostic. He also reassured me that if it turned out to be something simple, I would not be charged.nnHowever, this assurance was not honoured. I was charged $360 for what was essentially diagnosing that the battery was flat — something I was not previously aware of and had relied on their expertise to confirm. This felt misleading and inconsistent with what had been communicated to me beforehand.nnTo make matters worse, after the service was completed, my car began experiencing several issues that were not present prior to bringing it in. This has left me extremely frustrated and concerned about the quality of the service provided.nnOverall, this was a very poor experience. The lack of transparency, unexpected charges, and new issues with my vehicle have led me to regret choosing this service centre.
