One for the lady’s! I had a great experience at Audi Centre Perth, my sales lady was Thira and from the get go she made me feel so welcomed. She listened to my needs allowed me to explore my options, she was very patient, and explained everything I needed to know about the car models I was interested in. I have had bad experiences with pushy car sales men before and she took all that anxiety away.nI can honestly say if it wasn’t for Thira making me feel so at ease I don’t think I would have purchased my new RS3, I’m very grateful. As a woman this type of experience is very important.

Paid for a Premium Audi service and received a useful reminder that branding and delivery are not the same thing.nnThe car was with Audi for almost two full days. I was told it would be ready by midday. I arrived at 2pm to find it technically ready, in the same way a hotel room is ready when the bed is made but the cleaner is still inside.nnThe exterior wash was more of a philosophical gesture. A light acknowledgment that water exists, without the burden of actually removing dirt. The interior had not been vacuumed or cleaned at all. I completed this at home myself, which I assume is the hands on ownership experience Audi is quietly rolling out.nnThroughout the process, I was questioned about inclusions that are clearly listed under my Premium Plus service plan. Nothing says luxury quite like having to defend your own entitlements.nnAudi sells itself on German precision and efficiency. What I experienced was neither. Ironically, my previous Kia, yes that Kia, was consistently punctual, organised, and returned my car spotless every single time.nnAs I get older, my tolerance for paying more and receiving less has vanished entirely.nnLuxury, it turns out, is a marketing concept, not a service standard.
Got invited to watch a game at the Optus Stadium and it was an event to remember. Felt welcomed by the host and the staff provided excellent service. Between the delicious food and Champagne, I couldn’t tell you who won the game, but in the Audi suite, I won at life.
My experience with Audi Centre Perth has been exceptional from start to finish. The team made purchasing my car an absolute pleasure — professional, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about ensuring I was happy with every detail.nnThe after-sales service has been equally impressive. Every time I’ve taken my car in for servicing, the staff have been friendly, efficient and go above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable. The customer lounge is a great touch, and it’s always nice when Bronte Howson, the owner, takes the time to sit down for a coffee and a chat. It really shows how much pride they take in their business and their customers.nnI can’t recommend Audi Centre Perth highly enough. Excellent service, great people and a real sense of care that makes you want to come back.
